The reporter searched for "HPV vaccine appointment" on the network platform and found a large number of proxy advertisements, and the cost of consignment and robbery ranged from a few hundred yuan to several thousand yuan. The vaccine "scalper" business covers major cities across the country, and some "scalpers" claim to "strike at any time within a week after the appointment is completed".
How can "scalpers" succeed in seedlings? The reporter's investigation found that some "scalper" teams have improved the success rate of seedlings through technical snatching.

In January this year, Jiangxi police reported that Liu Mou, a graduate student in Nanchang, acted as a "scalper" for booking and grabbing the nine-valent vaccine by writing a computer program code, which could be automatically run on the hospital's official website. Liu mou offered 800 yuan to 1,000 yuan, published information about vaccine snatching on major social platforms, and was taken criminal compulsory measures for suspected crimes of damaging computer information systems.
In addition to technical robbery, some "scalpers" claim to have hospital cooperation channels to make appointments. After the reporter successfully ordered the seedlings at the "scalper" as a consumer, he received a call from the self-proclaimed hospital staff to inform the address of the vaccination hospital. However, the reporter's search found that on the official appointment channel displayed on the public account of the community hospital, the inventory status of the nine-valent HPV vaccine showed "missing seedlings" and could not be booked.

Cut off the gray industry chain
Zhou Hui, director of the Medical and Health Business Professional Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, said that in recent years, the crackdown on Internet crimes has been increasing, and many courts have found that "scalpers" use unconventional means to construct network requests, undermine fair trade order, and harm the interests of consumers, and common crimes include providing intrusion and illegal control of computer information system programs and tools.
If the "scalper" reaches the prescribed amount by snapping up vaccines from hospital staff and changing hands for profit, he is suspected of bribery. Those who are targeted are suspected of accepting bribes or non-State agents.
Experts believe that vaccines are biological drugs, if not standardized management, will have a bad impact on personal safety, should introduce corresponding laws and regulations to increase the punishment of "scalpers". There are these tricks for scammers

2. Make false promises such as "package appointment, no package refund", or show the relevant vaccination procedures for the nine-valent vaccine, deceive the victim's trust, obtain the victim's mobile phone number, ID card and other personal information, and send a false text message with a successful appointment.
