Jingju (?) –208 BC), a descendant of the Chu royal family, was proclaimed king of Chu by the famous general Qin Jia of the late Qin rebel army, one of the kings of Chu at the end of Qin.

Sima Qian's "History of Chen Shijia" records that Qin Jia was a native of Ling County, Donghai County (present-day Siyang, Jiangsu). In 209 BC, Chen Sheng rose up in Daze Township, Pu County (present-day Suzhou, Anhui). Qin Jia then rebelled with Dong Shu (東绁) (绁) and Zhu Jishi (朱鸡石) from Fu Li (in present-day Suzhou, Anhui), and led troops to besiege Donghai Commandery (東海郡) and Shouqing (郯县).

Chen Sheng heard this information and sent Wu Pingjunpan as the overseer of Qin Jia's army. However, Qin Jia disobeyed Chen Sheng's orders and established himself as the Grand Sima (大司馬), falsely passing on Chen Sheng's orders and killing Wuping Junpan, and installing Jing Ju, a descendant of the Chu royal family, as the King of Chu and establishing the capital Pengcheng (彭城, in modern Xuzhou, Jiangsu).

The "History of Xiang Yu Benji" records that Xiang Liang, the son of the famous Chu general Xiang Yan, and his nephew Xiang Yu, after the Huiji uprising, marched west to attack the Qin army, and Qin Jia led troops to stop Xiang Liang and Xiang Yu. Xiang Liang said: "King Chen was the first to revolt, and the battle was not fought smoothly, and he did not know where he was now. Now, Qin Jia betrayed King Chen and established Jingju as the King of Chu, which was a great rebellion. So he marched to attack Qin Jia. Qin Jia's army was defeated and fled, and Xiang Liang led his troops in pursuit, all the way to Huling. Qin Jia turned back to engage Xiang Liang, fighting for a day, Qin Jia was killed in battle, and the troops surrendered. Jingju died after fleeing to Liangdi.
