At the first "Model of Practicing the Goal of Strengthening the Army" award ceremony of the Xianning Detachment, Kong Xing, director of the First Squadron of the Detachment, was on the podium for the first time in his life. They receive very little attention, so it's hard to impress. But they are down-to-earth, diligent and conscientious in completing every task. It seems obscure, but in fact it is silently dedicated. But when selecting advanced models, they always put them in the blind spot of sight, and over time, it will inevitably dampen their enthusiasm and hit their initiative.

However, when taking steps, many people will encounter setbacks and difficulties on the way, and then gradually lose confidence, believing that advanced models are out of reach and have nothing to do with themselves, and the reason is nothing more than "grassroots" origin, post limitations, job bottlenecks, family ties, character defects, etc., revealing helplessness and complaints about unfair fate, bad luck, and bad luck.
There is no shortage of advanced models in life, from the top ten heroic models in the whole army to the generally recognized comrades-in-arms around them. However, there are still officers and soldiers who think that "I am born to be useless" and cannot find the goal of struggle. It is not difficult to study the incentive effect of advanced typical selection activities in previous years, and it is not difficult to find that typical and incomplete coverage are the biggest factors affecting the effectiveness of activities.
We must be good at discovering advanced models so that all officers and men can see the opportunity to become talented. The army is to fight, and the groups directly engaged in preparing for war are often put on the stage first. We must be good at propagating advanced models so that officers and men can truly feel that "advanced models are only one distance away from us to turn around." To make the deeds of advanced models deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, it is inseparable from the means of propaganda and education that conform to the characteristics of the times and to the characteristics of officers and men. Whether it is holding a report meeting on the advanced deeds of the strong army or entering the barracks of advanced and typical groups, the purpose is to make the advanced models walk down the "high platform" and narrow the distance with ordinary officers and men.
We must be good at studying advanced models and let officers and men earnestly find the target and take their seats. To study advanced models, we must first avoid "special points" and learn common points. "Special points" are often innate, and staring at them will only "blind them".
