Manipulating the timeline to save lives, the story puzzle game Infinite Timeline is about to launch

The game "Infinite TimeLine" with time control elements recently launched Steam, which is different from the common action shooting gameplay of the same type of works, and the main plot and puzzle solving are the main plot and puzzles.

The story of the game takes place in May 2015, in the northern part of England, where a fire occurred and 6 people died in it.

Players will assume the role of an agent who is tasked with repairing damaged points in the time stream.

Instead of simply stopping the fire, you're manipulating the choices the 6 guests have made this week to survive the fire.

At the beginning of the game, you are free to explore the timeline of the seven days before the fire. Important events throughout the week can be viewed and changed in the order you want, and you can do so as many times as you want.

But some of these decisions will only have a negligible impact on the timeline, such as causing the location of indoor objects to change or uncovering deeper stories and secrets.

Major changes can alter existing events, add new events, or even completely replace other events, completely rewriting the timeline.

Players must repeatedly adjust this timeline to change decisions at different points in time during the week so that they interact and combine to save the six guests.

However, guests are not the only ones who have the option. There are several ways in which each guest can be rescued from a fire, and each outcome will have a profound impact on their lives later in life.

As a player, you can be content to find the quickest and simplest solution and create the best ending for everyone.

Game Features (from the Store page)

Choose how to drive the game's story according to your own ideas

The full narration covers all six protagonists, with multiple decisions through multiple timelines that players can experience as they please. You can focus on just one character's storyline at a time, follow that character's choices throughout the timeline, and then go back and follow up on another character.

You can reconstruct the whole story like a forensic doctor, observe the end result of the story, and then think backwards along the timeline — basically observing the effect and then determining the cause. Or you can simply watch everything in chronological order, experience the whole timeline unfolding slowly as you observe, and then change the decisions the characters make as they progress through the week.

Everything can be watched and changed as many times as you like

Can't remember what really happened in an event? Not sure if you're not satisfied with the result after changing your decision? Never mind. Just go back along the timeline, watch and change anything, as many times as you like.

Change the past, influence the future

The temporary base is set up in this house, at a point in time hours after the fire, which allows for a unique perspective on the event. As you look back at the timeline, past events play in front of you like ghosts, while smoke and fire-damaged homes are a constant reminder of what's about to happen.

And, when you manipulate the past, the environment around you can reset to match the changes that have occurred. Some new items will appear, others will change positions in the house, and the indoor items will basically change as you change the past.

This game is reminiscent of the film and television drama "The Beginning" of the fire some time ago, in which the two protagonists will try to find clues in the loop to find a solution to stop the bus bombing.
