On the morning of the same day, the second quarter of 2022 was held in the province's major project video connection centralized construction activities. Minmetals Smart Workshop (Nan'an, China) high-end valve intelligent manufacturing base participated in the centralized groundbreaking ceremony of the province as a representative of the Quanzhou branch venue.

Minmetals Smart Workshop (Nan'an, China) High-end Valve Intelligent Manufacturing Base is the first industrial park project invested and landed by Minmetals City in Fujian Province. The total investment of the plan is 5 billion yuan, the project site is located in Nan'an Yingdu, with a total land area of about 1,082 mu, the main planning and construction of valve and fire industry production intelligent industrial park, of which the first phase covers an area of about 274 mu, with a total construction area of about 270,000 square meters.
The project will make full use of China Minmetals' own resource advantages in metal raw materials, financial full licenses and park investment operations, actively create a multi-functional industrial space integrating production, research and development, warehousing, display, inspection and testing services, focus on attracting a number of leading enterprises represented by high-end valve manufacturing and intelligent fire protection to settle in the park, build a valve industry intelligent innovation ecological chain, promote industrial transformation and upgrading in the region, and help Nan'an build China's most influential valve industry agglomeration area.
After the completion of the project, more than 90 enterprises will be introduced to settle in and solve the labor and employment problems of more than 3,000 people. After the enterprise is put into production, the annual output value of the first phase is not less than 1.3 billion yuan, and the average annual tax payment is expected to be 60 million yuan, and after all the production is reached, the annual output value of the first and second phases is expected to be no less than 10 billion yuan, and the average annual tax payment is expected to be 150 million yuan.
