After eight months of construction, after a series of pre-flight preparations such as sea trials and maritime audits, the "Mazhidu 2" ferry of the Putuo Jiaotong Investment Group's Roundabout Passenger Transport Company will be officially operated on April 19, taking over the sailing route of the original "Mazhidu 1" ferry.
The Mazhidu 2 is a brand new passenger ferry. The ship has a total length of 16.3 meters, a total width of 5.6 meters, a depth of 2.4 meters, and is approved to carry 49 passengers. Compared with the original "Mazhidu 1" ferry, the "Mazhidu 2" ship has a newer appearance design, more perfect facilities and equipment, more powerful host function and more comfortable passenger space.
The 49-person passenger capacity of the "Mazhidu 2" ferry greatly makes up for the shortage of the "Mazhidu 1" ferry, so that the "Mazhidu 2" can have a fixed voyage that was not previously available, which greatly increases the navigation safety factor.
At the same time, the "Mazhidu 2" ferry bid farewell to the appearance of traditional ferries and adopted a new shape, which will be a new landscape of Shenjiamen Ferry Terminal.
