In order to ensure the safety and health of the people in the county, after the study of the Dingxiang County Epidemic Prevention and Control Command, it was decided to implement the sealing and control management of the whole county on April 18, 2022 (Monday) and carry out preventive nucleic acid testing for all employees. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Scope of nucleic acid testing personnel
All urban and rural residents in the Dingxiang County area (including those in other areas).
Second, the sealing time and requirements
On April 18, 2022 (Monday), the sealing will begin at 5:00 a.m. and will be unblocked until further notice. During the sealing period, the global personnel will remain at home and will collect nucleic acids in an orderly manner according to the notification requirements. The majority of urban and rural residents are requested to make daily living arrangements during the sealing period in advance.
3. Time and place of nucleic acid detection and sampling
(1) Start sampling time: 8:00 a.m. on April 18, 2022.
(2) Location: Uniformly arranged according to the designated area, and collected at fixed points.
4. Specific requirements
(1) Urban and rural residents in the county are requested to prepare health codes in advance, carry valid identity documents such as ID cards or household registration books, and go to the designated sampling station for nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner according to the organizational arrangements of the staff.
(2) During the sampling period, all personnel should wear masks throughout the whole process, strictly maintain the "two-meter line" distance, do not move around at will, and strictly prohibit gathering and talking to each other to prevent cross-infection. Do not interfere with the staff, do not disturb the order of the scene. After the sampling is completed, it must be under the unified command of the on-site staff and leave the sampling point as soon as possible to return home according to the prescribed route. Until unblocked, please remain relatively stationary and not flowing.
(3) Those who have completed nucleic acid testing negative on April 16 and 17 and those who have not been vaccinated against the new crown for more than 48 hours will not participate in this round of nucleic acid sampling for all employees, but must explain the situation to the unit and village (community) staff in a timely manner, provide proof and do a good job of registration, and timely nucleic acid testing after 48 hours at home.
(4) For medical observation and home health monitoring personnel who are isolating at home, the elderly living alone with limited mobility, the disabled, bedridden and other personnel, the staff will come to the door for sampling, please contact the staff in time.
(5) If there is fever, cough and other symptoms, do not go to the centralized sampling point for the time being, report to the village (community) in advance, under the premise of personal protection, go to the fever clinic in time to avoid taking public transportation.
(6) During the period of sealing and control, except for the staff who hold work certificates to participate in nucleic acid testing, the rest of the personnel strictly remain static in their current place of residence, do not move at home, and achieve "no inside, no outside, and no movement inside". Except for water, electricity, communications, logistics and other urban operation guarantee industries, all business premises in the region are suspended from business. The personnel of key enterprises, construction sites, and designated supply guarantee units are all to eat and live in the units, and must not go out at will, and the townships and towns will arrange nucleic acid sampling. If there are special circumstances such as critically ill patients seeking medical treatment, maternal delivery, etc., please call the 120 emergency number in time.
(7) During the period of preventive nucleic acid testing of all employees, temporary closure management and traffic control are implemented throughout the territory, and inspection and control are carried out at all entrances and exits of the area, and no special circumstances, personnel and vehicles "do not enter or leave", and transit vehicles are all detoured. Except for vehicles and personnel for epidemic prevention work, people and vehicles are prohibited from flowing, and the public security organs will deal with those who violate regulations, do not listen to dissuasion, or act willfully in accordance with law.
(8) This nucleic acid testing for all employees is preventive testing, which is a specific measure to implement the requirements of the "four mornings", and the majority of urban and rural residents are invited to actively cooperate, do not panic, do not create rumors, do not believe rumors, do not spread rumors, and do not stay and watch. 4. Precautions

4. Special Notice
(1) Persons who have received the COVID-19 vaccine within one week and who have completed a negative nucleic acid test on April 16 and 17 will not participate in this nucleic acid test after reporting to the community (village) where they live.

5. Specific requirements
