On April 14 and 15, the team conducted a second round of interviews in some classrooms in Building 4 and 5406 in Building 5.
A round of interviews was conducted in the form of self-introduction in turn, and the students enthusiastically performed, clarified their direction and emphasis, and introduced and demonstrated their advantages and talents. Then, the interviewers asked the students a variety of questions about publicity and teaching, and the students calmly and calmly gave their own unique answers to the questions thrown. After a day of intense interviews, the interviewers had a better understanding of the students, and after careful consideration and discussion, the personnel who entered the second round of interviews were selected.
The second round of interviews is conducted in the form of an eight-minute live student trial lecture or talent show, the purpose of which is to more intuitively understand the teaching level of the students and ensure that the children will experience a lively, interesting and meaningful special class during the formal three visits to the countryside. The students used their ingenuity to use the professional knowledge and skills they usually learned to select special activities such as painting, music, magic, paper cutting, and key courses such as language and English for trial lectures, showing the professional skills and strengths of a teacher training student.
The students carefully prepared the contents of the interview, and the team responsible for the people carefully screened the members of the team, aiming to bring new and meaningful special activities and classes to the left-behind children in the xiaochang County volunteer teaching point in Xiaogan City, Xiaogan City, in the summer, to help college students go deep into the society, enhance the sense of service and ability, give back to the society, and have the courage to be a generation of young people with ideals, skills and responsibilities.
