Perception creation is first of all perception, and then creation, the sense of the person feels himself and the existing environment of his own existence, the environment here is composed of multiple bodies, and these individuals maintain the balance of this environment through the balance between them, we can call the environment here as a system, and the creation of perception can also be called system creation.
The development of the system is inevitable, and does not depend on the system and the will of the individuals within the system, the development of the system is first manifested as the renewal of the individuals who make up the system and the change in the quantity, and the change in the quantity here is generally manifested as the growth of the quantity. For the larger system of human society, quantitative growth is population growth. New individuals within the system are constantly being created and replace old ones. If the old individuals continue to disappear, then the functions and relations that are necessarily attached to these vanished individuals will also disappear, and the functions of the newly generated individuals and their relationships have not yet been found fixed. In this way, the discovery of functions that do not yet exist or have not yet manifested can only rely on perception, and the system or individuals in the system first discover through perception that they will exist and appear, and then establish a new relationship between them according to the results of perception.
For an isolated and stable system, the maturity and stability of the relationship between the individuals of the system are the first elements to maintain the stability of the system, and then the material needs of the individual and the system. However, the reality is that the system does not exist in isolation, and the material needs of individuals in the system are constantly growing, so the development of the system is also inevitable and necessary for the survival of the system.
Different systems are fundamentally mutually existential threats. There are two ways to eliminate or currently eliminate threats, one is the elimination of relationships and the other is the elimination of substances. When there is no difference in material capacity between the systems that coexist in the present, then they can only eliminate the present threat and survive by establishing a non-threatening relationship, and the emergence and establishment of such non-threatening relationships also rely on the creation of perception. After the system has determined its own survival, it then develops overwhelming material capabilities.
There are not only external reasons for system development, but also internal reasons. The internal reason for the development of the system is to maintain the stability of the relationship after the emergence of new individuals in the system, and to meet the growing material needs due to the increasing number of individuals in the system. Similarly, the satisfaction of the material needs within the system is met after the system relations are established and stabilized, or at the same time, that is, the development of the system does not first manifest itself in terms of the growth of the system's substances.
Based on this, systematic creativity is applied first to the establishment of relationships within the system, or systematic creativity is not applied first to material growth.
