In order to further stimulate the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship of the whole people, widely excavate and cultivate entrepreneurial projects with growth, take "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" as the core, culture + creativity as the highlight, and urban and rural integration development as the goal, discover creativity, encourage innovation, and support entrepreneurship, our company will hold the "Dream Hawthorn Tree" double creation competition. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
01 Conditions of Participation
The participants are teams or individuals, and the participating projects are original, innovative and unique, have strong cultural attributes or unique ideas, and comply with the current national laws and regulations and relevant industrial policies.
02 Project Scope
Handicrafts, specialty catering (including local snacks), e-commerce, intangible cultural heritage promotion, creative design, cultural tourism, information technology, scientific and technological services, etc.
03 Awards
A total of 10 excellence awards were set up in this competition.
04 Event Flow
Call for Projects: March 25, 2022 to April 20, 2022
Project Screening: Late April 2022
Competition and award ceremony: Early May 2022

05 Entry Format
Contestants introduce entrepreneurial projects in a combination of live language narration and product display. The content should include: project name, project scale, operation, product display, employment situation, development prospects, etc.
06 Application Materials
1. Fill in the "2022 First "Dream Hawthorn Tree" Double Creation Competition Application Form" and the participation commitment form (see attachment);
2. Provide copies of the identity documents, academic certificates, product photos and award certificates of the main responsible persons of the participating teams or individuals.
07 Support Policy
1. Local entrepreneurial talents and projects will be given priority, and in principle, 50% of the awards will be generated from local entrepreneurial talents and projects;
2. For award-winning innovative talents and projects signed to settle in designated areas, the community collective company will give no less than 50,000 yuan of entrepreneurial subsidies;
3. Where the entrepreneurial project reaches the standard of enterprises above designated size in the same year, it will be given an operating subsidy of not less than 100,000 yuan;
4. Where entrepreneurial talents meet the standards of the district's "Wutong Yingfeng" talent plan, they will be given various policy support in accordance with the policy.
