Beijing Business News (reporter Song Yitong) On September 27, Zheshang Bank issued the "Announcement on the Increase of Shares of the Company by the Vice President and the Secretary of the Board of Directors", saying that Liu Long, vice president and secretary of the board of directors of the bank, increased his holding of the bank's A-share shares through the centralized bidding method of the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system on September 27.

It is understood that Liu Long increased his holding of A-share shares of Zheshang Bank by 283,300 shares at a price of 3.53 yuan per share, and the amount of the increase was 1 million yuan. After the increase in shareholding, Liu Long held 1.0297 million A shares of the bank, accounting for 0.0048% of the total share capital of Zheshang Bank.
