Wanting to return home from Cambodia, but being refused to buy a plane ticket, "Lao Lai" took the initiative to call the judge and pleaded: "I want to go home, I give money!" ”
"I want to go home, I give money..."
Wu Mou, who is far away in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, recently took the initiative to add a WeChat friend of the judge of the Banzhuyuan Court of the Jinzhai County Court in Lu'an City, "I realized my mistake and implored you to remove me from the blacklist of dishonest executors so that I could buy a ticket to return to China..."
On April 14, the judge handling the case briefed reporters from Xin'an Evening News, Anhui Net, and Dawan News on the details of the case.
In January 2017, Wu borrowed 45,000 yuan from Liu in the same village due to production and operation needs, and promised interest, and Wu did not repay the money after the contract expired. On February 12, 2018, after the Mediation Committee of Banzhuyuan Town, Jinzhai County presided over the mediation, Wu voluntarily repaid the principal and interest of 55,800 yuan in a lump sum before May 1 of that year, and the Jinzhai court judicially confirmed the agreement between the two parties. At the expiration of the performance period, Liu urged him many times, and Wu postponed it again and again. In June 2019, Liu applied for enforcement, and after being executed by the Banzhuyuan Court, in the case of Wu paying part of the arrears, Liu agreed to give Wu a grace period for repayment, and Wu said that he would go out to work to pay the arrears. Unexpectedly, Wu went out to work, never returned, and the place of work was far away, and the balance of 15,000 yuan Liu asked for no way.
In December 2020, the Banzhuyuan Court resumed enforcement of the case based on Liu's application. After learning about the situation from Wu's village committee and relatives and friends, and learning that Wu was working in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the enforcement judge informed through Wu's relatives and friends that the serious consequences of refusing to perform effective legal documents would be faced, Wu believed that he was far away and did not attract attention, and the court included Wu in the list of persons subject to high consumption restrictions and dishonest judgment in accordance with the law. In April 2022, Wu Mou, who was affected by the epidemic in Cambodia and was ready to purchase a ticket to return to China, was refused to buy tickets because he was "Lao Lai". Like an ant on a hot pot, Wu took the initiative to contact the judge to admit his mistake, repent, and repay the loan.

"Effective legal documents need to be taken seriously, timely performance, after communicating with the applicant for execution, he knows that you are abroad, it is not easy, has agreed that you continue to perform in accordance with the content of the settlement agreement previously reached between the two parties, and forgive your untrustworthy behavior, you paid 15,000 yuan after the case was closed, based on your untrustworthy behavior, our hospital decided to punish you 3,000 yuan, this is the penalty decision, do you recognize the error, do you have other opinions?"
In the face of the judge's solemn notice and punishment for untrustworthiness, Wu said, "I have no opinion, I realize my mistake ... ”
Wu immediately fulfilled all the case money and fines as required, and the case was successfully concluded.
note! The country has Chinese disqualified from travelling on the flight as a result
On April 15, according to the WeChat public account of the Chinese Embassy in South Africa, from July 2021, centralized closed-loop management measures for those traveling to China began to be implemented. However, in recent work, it was found that individual personnel left the room without permission during the closed-loop management period, which seriously violated the closed-loop management regulations and had a risk of cross-infection. The person concerned has been dealt with severely and his or her qualification to travel has been temporarily revoked.
The Chinese Embassy and Consulates in South Africa once again reiterated that the closed-loop management before the trip is an important way to prevent the cross-border spread of the epidemic, and it is also an effective measure to ensure the smooth flow of the Central and Southern Waterway. It is hoped that the majority of tourists to China will attach great importance to and actively cooperate, strictly abide by the closed-loop management regulations, and jointly guard this "road home" unimpeded.

In this regard, Xiaobian would like to say that at present, many countries have implemented centralized closed-loop management measures for flights to China, so I hope that everyone will take this matter as a warning and never do anything harmful to others and harm themselves.
In order to avoid obstruction of the boarding or entry of Chinese citizens coming to Malaysia, the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia issued a special reminder

From 15 April onwards, passengers in Malaysia may be denied boarding if they fail to make a successful declaration.

As you may not receive a verification code when registering for MySejahtera with a chinese mobile phone number, it is recommended to register by email. If you are unable to register, it is recommended to consult the airline you are travelling with in time and ask for assistance.
2. In recent times, the Embassy has also received a number of cases in which Chinese citizens holding valid visas to enter Malaysia have been refused entry.
The main reasons are:
1. The contact person in Malaysia refuses to receive the telephone number of the Malaysian immigration officer to check the phone.
2. The person concerned has a bad record in Malaysia.
3. Falsification of entry materials such as invitation letters.
4. The purpose of entry does not match the type of visa, etc.
Please come to Malaysia Chinese citizens in advance on the official website of the Malaysian Immigration Department:
Understand and abide by the various entry regulations of the Malaysian side, apply for visas to Malaysia through formal channels, confirm that the inviter and the unit have no bad records in Malaysia, prepare all the entry inspection materials, remind the contact person in Malaysia to keep the telephone open and answer the inquiry call of the immigration officer in time. If entry is blocked, please communicate politely and patiently with Malaysian immigration officials in a timely manner, truthfully explain the situation, and provide relevant supporting materials as much as possible to strive for release. If you are refused entry, you should stay in the airport hotel in time, avoid going out, reduce the risk of being infected at the airport, and buy a ticket to return home as soon as possible.
At present, the overseas covid-19 epidemic is still at a high level, the Omicron mutation virus is more insidious, the transmission speed is faster, and travel abroad still faces greater health and safety risks. For the safety and health of you and your family, it is recommended that you carefully choose to travel overseas, so that it is "non-essential, non-urgent, and do not go abroad".
