The defamation case between Johnny Depp and ex-wife Amber Hield has now escalated, with the two sides breaking the news. According to the Daily Star reported on April 13, Amber mentioned for the first time in court that Johnny had sexually assaulted her, and even more outrageously, he used a wine bottle as a sexual assault tool. But Johnny's friend Baruch claimed that all this was "out of thin air" and that Amber was born "a good actor."
Part of the reason the trial became so high-profile was the gathering of celebrity witnesses and a jury, two special witnesses, actor James Franco and Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who had previously been known to the public to have been Amber's ex-boyfriends, but Depp claimed they were both cheating on Amber when he was still married.
But the biggest flashpoint on the second day of the trial was actually Amber's first accusation that her ex-husband Depp had sexually assaulted her. Amber's lawyer said that Johnny was addicted to drugs and alcohol, and had repeatedly violently abused her through alcohol and medicine.
At one point, Johnny took medication with his "good friend" Marilyn Manson while he was in Australia, which almost turned out to be a three-day hijacking. Lawyers said Johnny had forced Amber into the bar in her home when she was drunk, throwing bottles at her and dragging her over the floor full of broken bottles. "He hit her, kicked her, threatened to kill her, and he kept punching her, and finally even shoved a bottle into her body."
In the face of such accusations, Depp just shook his head helplessly, saying that all this was nonsense.
Depp's lawyer, Camille Vask, naturally denied this claim, saying that "Amber will put on one of the best performances of his life." He said that no matter how Much Johnny argued, even if he was gone, there were still people who believed that he had indeed abused Amber. This claim is corroborated by Johnny's friend Baruch, who said that Amber was born a "good actor" and "sharp teeth", all of which are false accusations.
Depp's lawyer also said that Amber did not make these allegations in 2016, but only mentioned them a few years later, because it was a conspiracy they had been brewing for a long time, and using the pressure of public opinion to implement her plan was obviously extremely beneficial to Amber.
Depp also raised questions about Amber's donations, saying that her previously claimed donations to Los Angeles Children's Hospital had not been paid in full. Amber's lawyer's rebuttal involves tech magnate Jason Musk. She said Amber was dating Musk at the time, so Musk donated to multiple charities in her name, but this part of the donation was not counted in amber's claim of a total of $7 million. She said Amber's donation was going on until 2018, but when Depp took control of her fraudulent donation in 2019, she just didn't have the money to continue to pay the donation. But when she has the ability in the future, she will definitely make up the amount promised before.
Couples in the entertainment industry rarely get together and disperse, but it is still breathtaking that such a violent and frequent subversion of the three views of mutual litigation cases. The defamation trial will continue for many days, and it is said that Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros., and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) will all testify in court, not knowing what other wonderful content will be exposed to the public.
