Maguire felt hot and beat Zhou Yuelong 10-7

In the match between Maguire and Zhou Yuelong, the two men were also in excellent form, but Zhou Yuelong was obviously inexperienced. White stubbornly beat Brown 10-8 to advance

In the match between Michael White and Jordan Brown, White's performance was very tenacious. At the start of the game, White took a 2-0 lead in two consecutive sets with 74-2 and 74-28 performances. Brown then tied White 2-2 with 89-24 on 62 points and 74-52 on a single score of 56 points. White then scored a 105-20 run with 85 points to set a 3-2 lead. Brown set a 4-3 lead with 81-12 and 84-1 scores of 59 points. White went on to beat Brown 55-12, 61-17 in the next two sets, 5-4. Brown had no intention of drawing with his opponent to take the next set 70-27 to establish a 7-6 lead. White then quickly took a 9-6 lead with a superb performance of 66 points 67:39, single shot 71 points 71:48 and single score 87 points to keep a clean sheet. Although Brown then pulled back a city 61:20, White won the 18th game 53:44 and beat Brown 10-8 to advance to the regular table.
