According to the documents, Aidou Century and the two companies applied to the court for property preservation, requesting the freezing of bank deposits of more than 64 million yuan under the names of the respondents Cai Xukun and Xinyi Cai Xukun Film and Television Culture Studio for a period of 1 year.
The court found that the application complied with the provisions of the law and ordered it to freeze.
It is reported that the artists signed by Beijing Aidou Century Culture Media Co., Ltd. include THE NINE PERCENT group, and Cai Xukun is one of the members of the group. In October 2018, NINE PERCENT was dissolved.
On April 11, Cai Xukun's studio Weibo responded to the freezing of 64 million yuan in deposits, saying that the case in question was a copyright dispute over two albums, "Fan" and "YOUNG", which was a corresponding ruling on pre-litigation preservation, which was a normal judicial process and had not yet been tried.
