The first round of high school classroom teaching improvement promoted by the "334+N" efficient classroom improvement strategy came to a successful end under the high attention of school leaders and the organization of school teaching cadres and grade leaders. At 9:35 a.m. on April 8, all the teachers of DaxingFu Middle and High School of Beijing Normal University held a stage summary meeting and a high school visual guidance deployment meeting with the theme of "Activating the Potential of Teachers and Students and Reproducing the True Colors of the Classroom" in the conference room on the fifth floor of the high school, and President Ma Dongbao, Vice President Wang Chunjing and all teaching cadres attended the meeting, which was presided over by Li Yue, deputy director of the Teaching Department.
The meeting was first attended by a round of trial teacher representatives, Mr. Zhang Yan, who made a keynote speech. In his speech, Mr. Zhang Yan focused on sharing his design in the student activity session. Through Mr. Zhang Yan's sharing and classroom records, we read the wisdom of the teacher and the hard work behind it in order to have a good lesson, and also felt the warm atmosphere that appeared when the teacher and the student's thinking collided in the classroom and were activated by each other, and I believe that in such a classroom, students will inevitably gain something.
After Mr. Zhang Yan's keynote speech, he entered the second link: the classroom teaching salon, and the other 9 teachers who participated in the first round of trial classes took the stage together to share the highlights of the class display and the gains in the trial class with all the teachers, at the same time, the teachers who participated in the trial class also exchanged the problems they found in the trial class, follow-up improvement measures and suggestions for the improvement of the high school classroom, hoping to inspire all the high school teachers.
The production of a good lesson cannot be achieved by one's own efforts alone, and it requires the full cooperation of the subject group and the collective wisdom and efforts. The third session of the conference was a speech by the representative of the subject group. On the basis of combining the characteristics of the discipline, Mr. Li Zaihui, the head of the discipline group of the political group, affirmed the highlights of the teaching teachers in the classroom display, and also talked about the advantages of the group lesson preparation of the university subject group; at the same time, combined with the classroom display of the discipline and the evaluation activities of the after-class subject group, the problems reflected in the classroom display were summarized, and the subject group lesson preparation activities were discussed and the solutions were thought out. In particular, Mr. Li gave pertinent suggestions for the follow-up classroom improvement work at the high school stage in combination with the "334+N" high school classroom improvement strategy that the school is promoting, and has certain feasibility.
The round of classroom improvement activities in high schools has aroused the thinking of teachers and sounded the clarion call for future high school classroom teaching improvement activities.
