However, after being exposed, the United States did not want to stop there. According to Russian media reports, the US Department of Defense is planning to transfer the Ukrainian biological laboratory to Mongolia. On April 9, local time, the Russian media "Izvestia" quoted informed sources to report that the military institutions and scientific research centers of the United States and Germany have conducted biological research in Mongolia, including highly deadly viruses that can spread between humans and animals, of which a study by the United States is specifically aimed at Asians.
Researchers from the United States and Germany regularly collect virus samples and biological materials in Mongolia and actively study endemic viruses and their variants in the region. Most of the funds required for research are funded by the U.S. military, and the U.S. military will also assign a certain number of researchers to directly participate in the project research.
According to the report, in order to undertake biological laboratories and virus research projects transferred from Ukraine, the US military plans to expand the scale of biological research in Mongolia and provide more financial and technical support to help the US biological laboratories take root in Mongolia.
Analysts said that in which country the US military set up biological laboratories and engaged in research on which or several deadly viruses, it is not aimless, but has a strong pertinence. Geographically, the U.S. military's transfer of biological laboratories in Ukraine to Mongolia is undoubtedly directed at China and Russia.

However, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, Mongolia proposed the concept of a "third neighbor", hoping to reduce the influence exerted by China and Russia on Mongolia by developing bilateral relations outside of China and Russia. In July 2004, then-Mongolian President Bagabandi visited the United States and elevated Mongolia-U.S. relations to a "comprehensive partnership."
A year later, then-US President George W. Bush returned to Mongolia, and the two sides formally established a "third neighbor" relationship. Since then, Mongolia has actively responded to the CALL of the United States to fight terrorism and sent troops to participate in peacekeeping operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. In January 2017, after Trump became using the United States, he continued to strengthen his defense ties with Mongolia. In August 2019, the United States and Mongolia upgraded their relationship to a "strategic partnership."
After establishing these relations with Mongolia, the United States began to stir up dissension, calling on Mongolia not to use communications equipment provided by China's Huawei company, saying it would threaten Mongolia's cybersecurity. In addition, the United States also claims that there are ways to reduce Mongolia's economic development and dependence on China.
Led by the United States, Mongolia has also strengthened its relations with U.S. allies such as Japan and South Korea, while also actively developing relations with NATO. In late January last year, with the help of NATO, the Mongolian army's newly built cybersecurity center was officially inaugurated, and it said in a statement that the move would strengthen Mongolia's cyber defense capabilities.
However, in the eyes of military experts, it is very likely that the cybersecurity center will be controlled by NATO and used to monitor Russia and China, as well as conduct cyber warfare against Russia and China. From funding Mongolia's construction of a cybersecurity center to now planning to set up a biological laboratory in its territory, it is not difficult to see that the United States is taking advantage of Mongolia's special geographical location to "make a big fuss" about China and Russia.
