In 2015, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission issued the "Beijing Colleges and Universities High-quality Employment and Entrepreneurship Plan", which launched the construction of a business incubation system for beijing college students. After more than 6 years of efforts, the "one street and three parks" ("Zhongguancun College Students Entrepreneurship Street" and Liangxiang Higher Education Park, Zhongguancun Software Park, Beijing University Students Entrepreneurship Park) have been fully built to lead the way, and the multi-point support linkage of the sub-parks has been comprehensively built, and the incubation mode of the entrepreneurship park with reasonable layout, policy coordination, and interaction and complementarity at the municipal and school levels has been built, creating a Beijing business card for university entrepreneurship.

In order to continuously improve the level of incubation services in the park and allow the team to obtain richer, higher quality and more professional service resources, the Beijing University Students Entrepreneurship and Career Guidance Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Beijing Young Entrepreneurs Association and the Beijing Entrepreneurship Commune Investment and Development Co., Ltd., focusing on the support of entrepreneurs and the leadership of leading enterprises to gather industries to empower the development of entrepreneurial teams.
After the team enters the park, it will receive free site support for a certain period of time and "12+" all-round business incubation service support. According to incomplete statistics, more than 100 entrepreneurial teams have driven the employment of more than 900 people.
