In my studies, I watched a very interesting movie "Tramp World Cup".
It tells the story of an enthusiastic social worker who helps a group of homeless people live a better life.
One of the lines that impressed me was,
It is the "five-step transfer cheats" that I want to share with you today.
There's a scene in the play where the tramps are taught,
How to turn your negative feelings into positive actions in five steps!
Take "kicking the ball badly" as an example, and use five steps to turn the idea into a positive way:
The first step, I don't know how to play football! (Negative status)
In the second step, I never knew how to play football from before to now! (Limit time to the past)
The third step, I don't know how to play football because I have never learned to play football! (Find out why)

In the fifth step, I can definitely play every football well! (Changing thoughts and emotions)

And then another scene, when the homeless men are confronted with managers who have the heart to keep an eye on them,
Accusing them of not mopping the floor, they used this "five-step transfer cheats"! [A flash of inspiration]
Looking at them who originally had no hope for life,
It is encouraging to live so seriously and lovely now. [Applause]
Everyone is born with a zero,
If the full score is 10 points,
Even with a talent of 9 points,
Without that 1 point of giving,
