Mixed element pile tips and practice

author:Dragon Gate Ethereal Spirit Son

The first four sentences of the mixed element pile are: one toe falls to the ground and four toes fly, open the heavenly gate and close the door, the red dragon sprinkles jade liquid in vain, and the humble heart is upside down. "One toe landing on the ground and four toes flying" means that when we stand on the pile, the thumb of the foot is flat on the ground, and the four small fingers try to stretch out and pave the ground, the hands are naturally lowered, and the heels of the feet must have a feeling of floating. My experience is that there seems to be an ant under the heel of the foot, and we must not step on it lightly or heavily, but we must have the feeling of walking on thin ice, so that the well cavity of the foot and the kidney meridian , "Spring Cave", will naturally open and paste it underground to connect with the earth qi. Here's an important point to illustrate, which is that standing on a pile requires barefoot. Opening the heavenly gate and closing the door: opening the heavenly gate refers to the bite of the upper and lower teeth, the lower jaw is slightly introverted, if the upper and lower teeth are pointed together, it will improve the function of the cheek tendons and nerves. When the upper and lower teeth are bitten together, the lower jaw is introverted.

Our eyebrow heart "Yintang Cave" will open, which is the opening of the Gate of Heaven. Closure refers to the lifting of the abdomen. Red Dragon Pro Void Sprinkling Jade Liquid: Red Dragon refers to the mouth and tongue, Red Dragon Pro Void refers to the tip of the tongue to top the palate; sprinkling jade liquid refers to the continuous and natural increase of the liquid in the mouth when practicing exercises. The deep layer means that when standing on the pile, an invisible rope seems to protrude from the top of the hundred holes, hanging more than three feet in the void, so that our back spine is piled up like a pagoda, which is also the meaning of opening the Gate of Heaven. Anyone who practices Tai Chi knows that this is called "false collar strength".

Humble and honest, this sentence is the focus of this recipe. So how can we achieve the kung fu of "being humble and honest"? This should be understood in conjunction with Lü Zu's Hundred Character Monument, the first two sentences in the Hundred Character Monument are "Nourish the qi and forget to keep words, and lower the heart to do nothing."

First of all, let's say "nourish the qi and forget to keep it". As we all know, those of us who have no experience in cultivation, just like the "Disturbing Delusions, Worrying About the Body and Mind" mentioned in the "Sutra of Tranquility", the spiritual consciousness is influenced by the outside world, the mind is apes, the distractions are flying, and the body, mind, and spirit do not have a moment of peace. In this way, our yuan qi will be lost and dissipated, and the result of the dissipation of yuan qi will be prematurely aged, and various diseases will also take advantage of the void. Therefore, in our cultivation, we must first cultivate qi, and to cultivate qi, we must "forget our words," and if we "forget our words," we must not disperse our qi. We usually stand on a pile or sit idly on the top of the tongue, this method is called "building a bridge on the que" in Dan dao terminology. The palate on the top of the tongue cannot speak, so that the "stop speech" is reached, and from the "stop speech" it is slowly cultivated into "forgetting words" and reaching the realm of "forgetting words", at this time the distracting thoughts are extinguished and the mindfulness arises, and our minds are empty and quiet, which is the "desire god" mentioned in the DanJing to abdicate and the "yuan god" to reset, thus achieving the effect of "nourishing qi". So why can the palate on the top of the tongue reach the realm of "open mind" of nourishing qi? Because the second pulse of the person's Ren Dou is separated, there is a groove in the upper palate of the mouth, this groove is the valve leading to the Ren pulse, this valve is usually closed, when we practice with the tongue to hold the upper palate, that is, to open the valve, the upper palate valve is opened, the valve is opened in the mouth, the liquid will be moored out, and the taste is a little sweet when swallowing. This is the artistic conception of "white clouds facing the top, manna sprinkling Sumire, drinking eternal life wine" in the Hundred Character Monument.

And the lower half of the body of the Ren Dou two vein intersection point for the perineum, so to lift the anus, abdomen to let ren dou two veins intersect, this is called in the Dan Jing to take the "lower Queqiao", "lower Queqiao" on the top, the abdomen is full of vitality, this is the true meaning of "dihu closed" and "real abdomen". After the two veins of Ren Dou intersected, the qi was cultivated, that is, he kept his own life treasure, that is, the essence. So the ancestor said: Open your mouth and disperse your vitality. As we have already said before, to cultivate the essence, we must talk less, and the "shou" of "nourishing the qi and forgetting to keep" refers to the natural and "keeping", if we combine the practice of the mixed element pile to cultivate, then at the beginning it is intended to guard the heel part.

Zhuangzi said that "real people breathe with heels", which is also about guarding the heel part of the foot. That is to say, when the kung fu arrives, the meridians of the feet are unobstructed, the evil qi will be naturally excreted from the feet, and the feet will be ethereal, and the aura of the earth will be absorbed. We see that the living conditions of peasants are still very difficult compared with those of urban residents, but there are more long-lived elderly people in rural areas than urban residents. What is the reason, is because most of them work barefoot all year round, and when they are barefoot, the bottom of the foot is exposed to the ground, which is equivalent to massaging the foot every day, so they are healthy and long-lived. There are many pedicure rooms in the modern city, and it is said that the effect is also very good. The above is enough to prove that the foot meridians are unblocked, and the body is healthy, which also shows the importance of barefoot when standing on the pile. Here's a piece of advice, if you insist on walking barefoot for 15 to 20 minutes every morning and evening, it is definitely good for your health.

The second sentence is "Lower your mind to do nothing." "Surrender" means surrender, and monasticism means surrendering to your arrogant, paranoid, lustful greed and all kinds of desires. People have seven passions and six desires, and the cultivation must abandon all seven emotions and six desires, and all seven emotions and six desires are thrown away, which is called "lowering the heart." Therefore, when we usually visit those old practitioners and ask them to teach the Dan Dharma, they first talk about "letting go," which is to persuade us to "let go" of this arrogant and paranoid greed that is tainted by the desire for profit. As soon as the mind lets go of the thought of greed, it is extinguished, and as soon as the thought of greed is extinguished, the mind is quiet, which is what is said in the "Sutra of Tranquility", "Always be able to dispatch its desires and calm its mind, and clear its heart and Purify itself." Nature's six desires do not arise, and the three poisons are destroyed", so "letting go" also means "lowering the heart". The first word "for" in "for nothing" means to make a difference, for example, when we stand on the pile, we have the practice of doing something, that is, we use mindfulness to cut off the seven emotions and six desires, so as to achieve the purpose of "humility", that is to say, to achieve the realm of "doing nothing and doing nothing" said by the old master. I have just talked about "being humble and solid", and then I will talk about "ups and downs" in the following. The "upside down" kung fu in Dan Gong is Xiao Zhou Tian. Kangua in the Danfa refers to our kidney function, which has Yuanyang, which is painted as a guaxiang as a middle yang, and the upper and lower two are cut off as yin; the detachment refers to the function of the heart, which contains the true yin, and the painting of the guaxiang is the middle yin, and the upper and lower two are painted as yang. "Upside down" means that the yang in the kangua is extracted and filled into the detachment, so that the yin in the detachment becomes the yang, and the original upper and lower yang of the detachment becomes the three yang, which is the image of pure yang and qiangua, and the yang in the kangua is removed and becomes yin, and the original upper and lower two yin are added to become three yin, which is the image of pure yin and kun gua, so that our body becomes the gua elephant of "earth and heaven". In the "I Ching Tai" gua ci, it is said that "heaven and earth intersect and all things are connected", the human body's qi pulse is smooth, and the body and mind are harmonious and healthy, which is the meaning of "turbulent and difficult", and the term in the Dan Dao is called "pulling out the obstacles and filling in the gaps".

The focus of "turbulent deviation" is to grasp the "heavenly opportunity" and adjust the "fire", that is, how to grasp the moment when the "qi machine" of the human body is launched, that is, the "living child time" mentioned in the DanJing, and the "medicine" that is born with the "living child time". The "living child time" here is actually the yin in the above-mentioned kan gua in the static pole and moving away from the gua, which is the meaning of "pulling the kan to fill in the gap". "Huohou" is the core content of Dan Dao health theory, understand and master the true connotation of "Huohou", is the key to practicing Dangong, Dan Dao's "fire" to the idea as fire, to breathe as the wind, here "hou" refers to mastering time, measurement, waiting and other meanings, such as we cook rice, cook five minutes of rice just cooked, four minutes will become sandwich rice, six minutes of rice will be burned. "Huohou" actually refers to the use of mind and breath in Dan Dao cultivation.

Dan Dao divided "fire" into "Wenhuo" and "Wuhuo". The ancients believed that at the beginning of the practice, "WenHuo" was used, and there was a saying called "Concentrating on the Air Cavity", and when taking the "Yang Movement Medicine", it was called "Concentrating into the Air Cavity". In these two sentences, "Wenhuo" uses the word "Zhao" and "Wuhuo" uses the word "into". This means that when we meditate or stand on a stake, our mind should seem to be nothing, and very indifferently "illuminate" somewhere in the body. The state of mind talks about nothingness, there is no thinking and delusion, the breath is long and natural, and even the fetal breath is reached, which is the so-called Wenhuo, that is, it is said to have reached the realm of "nourishing the qi and forgetting to keep words, and lowering the heart into doing nothing".

If, in the course of cultivation, the body and mind have reached the state of mind that Li Bai said, "The green and the earth are vast and bottomless, and the sun and moon shine on the gold and silver platform", the place where you are contemplating will "stand still and feel the passing", that is to say, it will move quietly. At this time, when the human body's innate Yuanyang Qi is first born, the Danjing is called "Heavenly Chance" to launch, also known as "living son time". Then there will be a "medicine", and the "medicine" is the "mixed yuan qi" produced by the induction of yin and yang in the human body. At this time, when the yin and yang of the human body are most reconciled, that is, when our body and mind are in a state of emptiness and emptiness, the potential in the human body, that is, the innate "essence", is naturally launched to sense the moment of communicating the "essence" in the void, which is the process of "inhaling the aura of heaven and earth and collecting the essence of the sun and the moon" in the Danjing to combine the "essence of the spirit" in the human body into "medicine".

When the "heavenly machine" in the body is launched, "wait a while", "wait" means to cook like rice, wait for the rice to be cooked and then open the pot. Otherwise, the "drug" is too tender and too old, and it will be like cooking rice, and the "drug" should not be used. Therefore, when the "medicine" is mature, then use the four actions of "suction and pinching" in the "wuhuo" and "concentrating into the air cavity" to collect the "medicine" produced during the Yang birth into the dantian part of the body, at which time the body and mind will have a feeling of being stunned and fixed.

In this state of work, we use our subconscious mind to observe and realize the mysterious scenes and physical and mental feelings caused by the "living son" in the human body, and the practitioner will realize that the original Lao Tzu said, "Trance, trance, there are images; trance, there are things in it" is the best description in this state of work. There is an important point in the "into" word recipe that needs to be understood, if Yuan Yang is born with desire, it becomes the acquired turbid essence, which is useless. Therefore, if there is desire, it is acquired, and if it is good, it will give birth to people; if there is desirelessness, it is innate, and if it is reversed, it is immortal. And there is desire and no desire that only the practitioner himself knows, so "pure heart and little desire" is the key to cultivation. Gentlemen, if you ask where the medicine is collected and returned to the furnace, then ask the Master to say the hint.
