After the new crown epidemic suddenly hit Yangxin, Wang Xinyi took the initiative to ask for help and participated in the first batch of teacher volunteer activities organized by the school. He told reporters that at 9:30 p.m. on March 14, he received a notice to go to the town for a meeting to learn the work process of scanning code registration and personnel information collection. Until 1:00 a.m., he and his colleagues Gou Yuxin, Ci Chunhai, Tian Honghe and other teachers put on protective clothing and went to the Sanmeng community to participate in volunteer service activities. They worked until 8 a.m., during which time they could not drink water, could not rest, and could not go to the toilet. They wore heavy protective suits, goggles, and masks, and the mist wet their eyes. The accompanying medical staff stuck to the front line, charged ahead, and practiced the original intention and mission of the communists with practical actions. As a volunteer, I am very proud. To be honest, in the middle of the night I felt like I was going to be exhausted, but the thought of being able to do something for everyone in such a critical moment made me really tired and happy. Wang Xinyi said.

After the end of the daily volunteer service, he also returned to his home, adjusted his state and became an "anchor" to carry out online teaching.
