The "sister flowers" were one of the few girls among the 264 new college students who reported to the Ruoqiang infrastructure section in August last year, and as soon as they stepped into the door of the unit, they took the initiative to go to the Itumbulak Comprehensive Alpine Station Area with an average altitude of 3200 meters to participate in the overhaul of the Geku Railway equipment.
Chest tightness, breathlessness, loss of appetite, insomnia and bloating... Even if they are mentally prepared, the excessive altitude gives the sisters a "dismount", which still makes them feel quite uncomfortable when they first arrive.
"At first, I was a little uncomfortable, my head felt groggy, and I had no energy every day, but Zhao Liyu told me that since we came here, we must persist, and if the male comrades can do it, we can also do it well!" We encouraged each other to gradually adapt to the environment, step by step to get rid of the oxygen concentrator, and keep up with the pace of the maintenance team. Yu Xueyan said with a fresh memory.
Under the watchful eye of foreman Yang Chenfan, the little sisters completed the day's inspection task in less than an hour. "At the beginning, due to the unskilled business, there was always a situation where the equipment inspection was not in place, and at the suggestion of the squad leader, we formed a team, one person was responsible for maintenance, and one person was responsible for recording. Under the control of the squad leader, we recorded each other's overhauls in place, and the first thing to do when we returned to the dormitory was to analyze the records, open the relevant information of the technical parameters of the equipment to consult and learn, and share our own insights. As the number of overhauls has increased, the content of our 'bugbook' records has gradually decreased. Zhao Liyu said proudly.
"When they first came, we arranged some internal or auxiliary work, but they were eager to learn and drill, and their business skills improved rapidly, and now we can safely entrust the task of equipment inspection and maintenance to them." Yang Chenfan, foreman of the Etunbulak comprehensive maintenance workshop, praised.
"The labels of 'less important' and 'easy to do' have gradually faded from us, and I believe that soon we will be able to stand in the 'C position' of the workplace and become the backbone of the professional team of workshop electrical services." Yu Xueyan said confidently.
The two girls, whose average age is only 22 years old, are the guardians of the stable operation of the Geku railway equipment, and they are like gesang flowers on the plateau, blooming all the way.
