The three suspects were quickly arrested, and the three confessed that they had defrauded a total of 179 steel plates in Keqiao Qianqing, Zhuji, Shangyu and other places on the grounds that the construction site needed to rent steel plates. According to the suspect's confession, Zhao Zhoulong quickly found the victims Wang mou and Pan Mou.
The victims found it, but it was difficult to recover the steel plate. Zhao Zhoulong has come to Jinhua, Jiaxing two construction sites, steel plates are paved on the site of the construction site, if once taken away, the vehicle will not be able to enter and exit, and the construction site will be stalled, the police explained the intention, the construction party's resistance is strong, Zhao Zhoulong did not give up, he spent a lot of time to communicate, and finally reached an agreement with the other party, after that, he helped the victim contact the transport vehicle.
After 3 months, the steel plates were shipped back one after another and returned to Mr. Peng and 3 other victims. After assessment, the steel plate defrauded by Xuan Mou and others was worth more than 800,000 yuan. At present, the public security organs have transferred Xuan X and Jin X to the procuratorate for prosecution, waiting for them to be punished by law.
