In the afternoon of April 1st, I was shocked to learn the news that mr. Zhao Shunyi, a famous stamp designer and sculptor, had passed away at 16:30 on March 28, 2022, and my heart was extremely sad, and tears wet my clothes. In the evening, I sent a message to My Husband's family. At about 6 o'clock in the morning of the 2nd, the obituary sent by Mr. Family, and I suddenly lost my voice and cried bitterly, and the scenes of the past were replayed in my mind.
Liao Hongyun, president of the Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Association, who worked with him in the 1970s, was shocked to learn of his death and was extremely saddened. I know that during his illness, Chairman Liao expressed his concern and condolences to him in different ways. Chairman Liao sent me a WeChat message saying: I really miss him so much! We are old friends, old colleagues, old comrades-in-arms who have known each other since the 70s because of their working relationships, and after retirement, they work together to serve the majority of philatelic enthusiasts for the cause of philately! Not for the sake of fame and no profit! The spirit of selfless dedication is really worth learning! In May 1996, we participated in the "Military and Civilian Re-walking the Long March Road" activity jointly organized with the comrades of the Military Museum, and relived the history of the Long March together.
In the few days after learning that Mr. Crane traveled to the west, I have been silent in grief, and I will share with mr. Li to participate in the activities with mr. and the bits and pieces signed by mr. for me, and I will express my condolences to him on the day of mr. "Three Seven".
From May 20 to 22, 2018, during the "3rd Chinese Zodiac Theme Philatelic Expo", I asked Mr. Zhen to sign the philatelic products designed by Mr. Zhen, and Mr. Li carefully signed for me and took a group photo to commemorate the occasion.
On August 6, 2018, Beijing Xicheng District Postal Branch and Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Association held the "2018 Philatelic Week", "Philatelic and Youth", "Philatelic and Zodiac" theme day activities at Beijing Baoguo Temple, mr. Li attended the meeting and met and signed for philatelic enthusiasts. I used the "Appreciation of the Signed Philatelic Products of the Year of Decay" that my husband signed for me several times, which was published in the second issue of Philatelic Magazine in 2019 and the December 2018 "Heilongjiang Post and Telegraph - Philatelic Longitudinal and Horizontal". Xiaowen was also used in the 1st issue of Beijing Zodiac Philately in 2019.
From May 18 to 19, 2019, the "4th Chinese Zodiac Theme Collection Expo" was held in Baoguo Temple, Beijing. Mr. Zhao Shunyi participated in the event as a guest and took a group photo with enthusiasm. Between events, I asked my husband to bring me the signature of the philatelic product he designed, and gave him the second issue of Philatelic in 2019, and I asked him to take the signature of the magazine I carried with me.
On August 4, 2019, the "2019 Philatelic Week" theme day was held by the Beijing Xicheng District Postal Branch and the Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Association at the China Postal Stamp Museum. He attended the meeting and enthusiastically signed autographs and took a group photo for everyone.
On June 29, 2021, sponsored by the Party Branch, Youth League Branch, Young Pioneers and Beijing Xicheng District Branch of Xuanwu Huimin Primary School in Beijing, and co-organized by the Niujie Post Branch of The Xicheng District Branch of China Post Group Co., Ltd., the Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Association and the Youth League Working Committee of the Niujie Street Street Office of the Niujie Street Office of the Beijing Xicheng District Of Beijing Post Group Co., Ltd., the "Stamp Appreciation and Learning Party History" campus red theme education activity was held in the lecture hall of the Second Xili Campus of Xuanwu Huimin Primary School in Beijing. Mr. Zhao Shunyi presented the exquisite philatelic products of his design to the award-winning students, the authors of the stamp collection and all the students on the scene. And took a group photo with the guests and students. My husband took the whole opportunity to participate in the activity with his illness, I was worried that he was overworked, I brought the commemorative cover designed by my husband and did not ask him to sign it, but mr. I agreed with me that the next time I took the time to sign the commemorative cover he designed, which made me very moved.
On October 28, 2021, the 6th Chinese Zodiac Theme Collection Expo and the 15th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Association, jointly sponsored by the Playing Card Collection Committee of the China Collectors Association, the Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Association, the Newspaper Branch of the China Newspaper Association and the Beijing Tourism Ticket Collection Association, was held at the Niujie Post Branch in Xicheng District, Beijing. Mr. Zhao Shunyi insisted on visiting the event site despite his physical illness, and his arrival pushed the event to a climax, and the majority of postal fans were also deeply moved, and everyone took photos with him.
I asked my husband to sign the commemorative cover "Congratulations on the 15th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Society" as a souvenir. For work reasons, I only participated in the second half of the schedule, and the souvenir cover signed by my husband was not brought to the scene. On the night of the end of the event, I sent him the photo of the husband in the activity. The gentleman replied after receiving the photo: the photo is very good and collected. When you have time, I will ask you to meet once and sign it for you.
On January 5, 2022, the first stamp launch ceremony of "The Year of Nongyin", sponsored by The Beijing Branch of China Post Group Co., Ltd. and co-organized by the Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Association, was held at the Niujie Post Branch in Xicheng District, Beijing. Mr. Zhao Shunyi attended the launch ceremony despite his serious illness and signed a souvenir for enthusiastic mail fans. On the evening of January 3, Mr. WeChat asked me: "Xiaohuang is good! Did you attend the launch party at Cow Street on January 5th? If you come, bring a philatelic product that requires my signature. I went to the conference room on the second floor around 9:30."
I deeply regret that I was unable to attend the morning kickoff ceremony due to my busy schedule at the beginning of the year. What I didn't expect was that this was the last WeChat chat between me and my husband. After learning that my husband was driving a crane to the west, I cried bitterly, and I regretted very much that I did not go to the event to meet my husband. Whenever I think about it, I can't suppress the grief in my heart, and I miss my husband endlessly.
This year is the year of mr. Life, chairman Liao Hongyun on behalf of the Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Association presented a gift to mr. Li in the Year of the Tiger, wishing him good luck and good health in the Year of the Tiger.
In order to meet Mr. On January 5th, I carefully prepared a homemade envelope for the pictures of our previous events, and printed the photos of the event with a self-created New Year's Award postcard, looking forward to having the honor of asking mr. for signature again. For philatelic enthusiasts to sign, remember that on November 20, 2019, the Beijing Zodiac Philatelic Research Association and the Stamp Printing Bureau of China Post Group Corporation held a welcome dinner of the "Don't Forget the Initial Heart, Remember the Mission" philatelic and party building theme philatelic series activities, during which he tirelessly signed the works designed by the posttenders from other provinces and cities, until 11 o'clock in the evening, he was still signing for the stamp fans. I'm worried about his body and say I'll sign it for you tomorrow. He insisted on signing for the postmaster until after 12 o'clock when we left the banquet hotel together.
For my personal interests, before my husband participated in the philatelic activities twice, he informed me in advance to bring the philatelic products that he had asked him to sign, but because of my work, I failed to do so twice, even if I did not sign, I could see my husband again, and maybe I would not regret it in this life.
Mr. Has been loyal to the party all his life, honest and dedicated, kind to people, never considering personal gains and losses; engaged in the cause of stamp collecting all his life, contributed his life's energy; Mr. Exquisite carving skills, the spirit of excellence, and the spirit of selfless dedication for the postmen are worth learning from us.
After his retirement, he is still keen on the promotion of philately and philatelic publicity activities, selflessly dedicated to the cause of philately; in recent years, despite his illness, he has repeatedly explained the knowledge of philatelicism to young friends; and each activity has enthusiastically signed for friends of postmasters, which is deeply loved by stamp fans.
After his death, colleagues who worked with him, the majority of postal fans and friends spontaneously mourned him in many WeChat groups! May sir go all the way! Immortal!
