1.2 Junction box selection and installation
1.2.1 According to the different directions of the electric pipe in the construction drawings, it is divided into one pass, straight two pass, curved two pass, three pass and four pass. According to the markings on the template, the lamp head box is fixed with nails, the bottom of the box should be close to the floor template after the installation of the lamp head box, and the lead wire is fixed at 200MM from the lamp head box after piping, and the light head box is sealed with sawdust, and the sealing tape is used to seal the treatment to prevent concrete from entering.

1.3 Electrical piping, fixing

1.3.4 When piping on the shear wall, the structure 50 lines can be used to control the height of the wire box through the infrared level, the distance between the switch on the shear wall and the door edge is 15 to 20 cm, the socket wire box pays attention to the avoidance of drainage, gas and drainage pipes, the distance between the strong and weak wire boxes is maintained at more than 30 cm, and the height error of the same type of wire box in the same room does not exceed 5 mm.
1.3.5 In the construction of piping, it is necessary to strengthen communication and cooperation with civil engineering, leave a reasonable time for hydropower installation to do a good job, take the model as the guide, do a good job of physical model, and standardize the construction process and method through the model to set standards.
1.4 Adjustment and plate surface cleaning
1.4.1 After the completion of the reinforcement of the upper layer of the civil engineering, the floor pipe should be adjusted to meet the requirements of straightness and aesthetics, and the remaining materials and waste materials on the floor surface should be cleaned up, so as to achieve "the completion of the work and the site clearance". After the completion of the line pipe laying, it is necessary to do a good job of pipe protection work, coordinate well with steel reinforcement, carpentry and other types of work to prevent the line pipe from being artificially damaged and crushed by materials, and at the same time, when the concrete is poured, the plumber should track the duty.
