Notice of the People's Government of Zhaoyang District on Determining the Strict Management Street of Illegal Parking in the Central City of Zhaoyang

In order to further strengthen the management of illegal parking in the central city of Zhaoyang, improve the efficiency of road traffic, and create a civilized, smooth and orderly traffic environment, combined with the actual situation of urban road traffic, 20 urban roads are hereby identified as illegal parking strict management streets, and it is decided to implement from April 6, 2022, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Strictly control the scope of the street
(1) Huancheng East Road: The intersection of Student Road to the intersection of Zhaotong Avenue
(2) North Huancheng Road: Intersection of East Huancheng Road to intersection of Zhuquan Road
(3) West Huancheng Road: Zhuquan Road intersection to Zhaoyang Avenue intersection
(4) Zhaoyang Avenue: Intersection of West Second Ring Road to intersection of South Second Ring Road
(5) Crescent Road: The intersection of Zhaoyang Avenue to the intersection of Nanshuncheng Street
(6) North-South Shuncheng Street: Crescent Road intersection to Park Road intersection
(7) Park Road: The intersection of Beizheng Street to the intersection of West Huancheng Road
(8) Qingnian Road: Intersection of Park Road to intersection of Zhaoyang Avenue
(9) Erjia Street: The intersection of Qingnian Road to the intersection of Chongyi Street
(10) Chongyi Street: Intersection of Erjia Street to intersection of Banbian Street
(11) Banbian Street: The intersection of Park Road to the intersection of Beizheng Street
(12) Beizheng Street: The intersection of North Ring Road to the Yuanmen Square
(13) Xiaobeimen Street: Construct the intersection of North Street to the intersection of North Huancheng Road
(14) Fengxia Road: The intersection of Zhaoyang Avenue to the intersection of Huanhu South Road
(15) Hailou Road: The intersection of Zhaoyang Avenue to the intersection of Ludian Road
(16) Tuanjie Road: Intersection of Second Ring South Road to intersection of Second Ring West Road
(17) Yingfeng Road: The intersection of Student Road to the intersection of Second Ring South Road
(18) Construction of North and South Streets: The intersection of Qiwen Street to the intersection of Xiaobeimen Street
(19) 2nd Ring South Road: Zhaoyang Avenue intersection to the intersection of 2nd Ring West Road
(20) Zhuquan Road: The intersection of West Huancheng Road to the intersection of Niusa Road
Second, strict control of the street prohibits the parking of motor vehicles, urban logistics distribution vehicles should be in the logistics loading and unloading special berth for a limited time to load and unload goods, other vehicles are strictly prohibited to occupy the special loading and unloading berth.
Third, strictly control the street prohibits taxis from parking and waiting for passengers, and when getting on and off passengers, they should pull over under the principle of ensuring safety, that is, stop and go, and must not cause traffic congestion.
Fourth, the traffic management department of the public security organ will implement strict management of illegal parking on Yanguan Street in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations on road traffic safety, through on-site law enforcement and traffic technology monitoring equipment capture, etc., causing traffic congestion and refusing to drive away will be dragged according to law. Please abide by the law and the majority of traffic participants, travel safely, and create a smooth, orderly and civilized urban road traffic environment.
