Zhang Wente (1880-1957), Tengchong Chengguan, late Qing Dynasty Xiucai. After the fall of Tengchong, he was appointed as the county magistrate of the Tengchong anti-Japanese government, and on August 31, 1943, The head of the Tengchong administration class of the Japanese army, Tajima Shouji, sent a letter to Zhang Wende in an attempt to soften the abduction. Zhang Qingde saw through his plot, was furious, replied to the letter of righteousness and sternly denounced the crimes of the Japanese army, and expressed the determination of the Tengchong people to resist the war, which is the famous "Answer to The Book of Tajima", which shows his noble national integrity.
During the Qingming Festival, the rain was pouring, and the spring rain in the whole Tengchong City was long, and the osmanthus flowers were fragrant. Step on the wet stone steps and look up at the mist-shrouded green mountains. All the personnel of the squadron carried scythes, hoes, brooms, shovels and other tools, and came to Zhang Wende's tomb with great reverence, carefully cleaned up the surrounding leaves, moss, garbage, and weeds.

All the team members collectively took off their hats and observed silence to express their thoughts and respect for their ancestors. Subsequently, the team members took a powerful step, admired the inscription with infinite respect and remembrance for the revolutionary ancestors, and saluted and laid flowers in turn to mourn the ancestors.
