Forestias is one of the largest real estate development projects in Thailand. The highlight of the project is the 48,000 m2 urban forest located in the heart of The Forestias, connecting all developments within the site to create a healthier and happier life for all residents. Located in The Forestias, now a sales gallery, the Forest Pavilion will be converted into The Forestias Ecosystem Learning Centre to share knowledge of forest ecology and become a social hub for happy hour residences. It is also the entrance to The Forestias' vast forested area, providing a prototype for coexistence with nature.

Our commitment is to support the well-being and well-being of our users and to achieve an immersive experience of living with nature through research as a design strategy. Based on these findings, we decided to use most of the area as a green space that can be seen from all angles of the forest pavilion and showcase the potential benefits of nature, which integrates and encourages users to approach nature to support human interaction with nature.

The landscape concept is "symbiosis with nature" and contains three goals: to plant a future that coexists with nature, immerse itself in the wilderness, and balance human activity and the growth of urban forests – transforming the rigid form of pavilions into a natural free form of central forest, maximizing the protection of the privacy of all users and residents, providing an authentic forest life experience, and providing the joy of living with nature. The Forest Pavilion aims to become a test laboratory for symbiosis with nature, integrating the essence of nature with the landscape design of the Forest Pavilion, allowing users to obtain a unique natural experience in the form of urbanization. In addition, delightful walkways and footbridges are designed to entice people to go outside and enjoy the tranquil and picturesque natural landscape.

At the Forest Pavilion, the scale of the natural environment here has far exceeded that of any typical urban environment. Through the creation of miyauchi ecological forest, this vibrant forest-like landscape is a living paradise that creates biodiversity that will grow and develop with present and future generations.

Happiness – a simple but powerful declaration advocated in The Forest. It is an ideal living sanctuary for displaying happiness living in urban forests. Good environmental quality will bring health and longevity to residents, and will also create a warm society for families that have been passed down from generation to generation. Residents will be in harmony with nature, learn to be part of nature, raise awareness and create a better and more sustainable world. Hopefully, this can be a turning point in housing development in the country and lead to a range of high-quality housing projects.
