French jeweler Louiza has just unveiled a new season of jewelry – "Monumenta" is inspired by architectural design, while "Infinity" features an infinite loop of symbols as thematic elements. Designers use non-traditional materials such as titanium, carbon fiber, and ebony to create avant-garde and visually tense creations.
Inspired by classic geometric lines from sculptures and works by master builders, the "Monumenta" collection uses electroplated blue titanium to create a streamlined frame, three-dimensional settings of sapphires and diamonds, and a teardrop-shaped blue Tanzanite center stone. Each piece emphasizes the integrity of the shape and can be perfectly appreciated from any angle.
The "Infinity" collection is inspired by torus, symbolizing infinity, Fibonacci spirals and ouroboros totems. The new pieces can be used for bracelets, earrings and rings, and the designer creates a spiral structure in black and white gold, and the three-dimensional swing shape greatly increases the difficulty of setting the diamond, and creates a sense of space and rhythm.
Louiza also unveiled a unique jewelry set featuring carbon fiber and ebony – a pair of stud earrings made of light and sturdy carbon fibres that hold up gorgeous stepped cut peridots, and a necklace pendant made of natural ebony with a 2.68 ct rubellite center stone hanging from the center, creating a mysterious and natural atmosphere with black wood grain.
