Recently, DXOMARK announced the score of the new generation of Xiaomi Mi 12 cameras, with an overall score of 123 points, ranking 33rd in the mobile phone rankings, and obtained the same score as the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, 1 point higher than the iPhone 12/12 mini. However, in the range of $600-$800, it won the 5th place in the ranking.
According to the scores released by DXOMARK, the Xiaomi Mi 12 scores 131 points for photos, 95 points for video, and only 51 points for zoom. Compared to the previous generation's Xiaomi Mi 11, which scored 119 points, the overall score of the Xiaomi Mi 12 improved by 4 points, mainly due to the Xiaomi Mi 12's higher score in photos and videos, but a decrease in the score in zoom.

The Rear of the Xiaomi Mi 12 is equipped with a triple-camera module, which includes a 50MP IMX766 sensor main camera with a 1/1.56-inch outsole, as well as a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 5MP macro lens equivalent to 50mm focal length. DXOMARK also announced the Xiaomi Mi 12 Pro, which has three 50-megapixel rear camera lenses, with an overall score of 131 points, which is 8 points higher than the Xiaomi Mi 12.
