From March 28 to April 3, the Department of Surgical Anesthesia of Yulin Shenmu City Hospital carried out the publicity activities of China Anesthesia Week 2022 in the outpatient hall, operating room, endoscopic center, orthopedic ward and other places.
On March 29, Shenmu City Hospital's "2022 China Anesthesia Week" science popularization activity kicked off in the outpatient hall of the hospital, and all the medical staff of the Department of Anesthesiology attended the launching ceremony. After the ceremony, the medical staff distributed more than 50 copies of anesthesia-related knowledge such as labor analgesia and painless gastrointestinal endoscopy to the people who came to the hospital, so that the public could further understand the knowledge related to anesthesia and analgesia.
On the morning of March 30th, Dr. Wen Meilian of the Department of Anesthesiology brought a special lecture on "Anesthesia for Elderly Patients", which allowed doctors to have a deeper understanding of perioperative anesthesia management and risk control in elderly patients in a graphic and textual manner, continuously improved the overall level of perioperative anesthesia management in elderly patients in our hospital, and reduced the perioperative mortality rate and the incidence of complications of important organs in elderly patients.
On March 31, in order to let the general public better understand the discipline of anesthesia, understand the knowledge related to painless diagnosis and treatment, promote the process of comfortable medical treatment, and enhance the communication and exchange between doctors and patients, anesthesiologists walked into the endoscopic center on the fourth floor of the outpatient clinic and the classroom of the second department of orthopedics, and conducted face-to-face communication with patients and their families. At the Endoscopy Center, Director Li Zhaoxiang and Dr. Gao Yanjun brought a lecture on "Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Anesthesia" to the patients, introduced in detail the role of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and the diagnosis and treatment process, and patiently answered various questions raised by patients.
On April 1st, Dr. Wang Jun and Dr. Kang Xiaoyan walked into the classroom of the Second Department of Orthopedics and shared with the patients and their families the wonderful content of "Anesthesiologist Face to Face - Take You into the World of Anesthesia", so that patients can intuitively understand the preoperative preparation of anesthesia, various anesthesia methods, postoperative monitoring and treatment and other popular knowledge, so that patients can truly realize that anesthesiologists are the guardians of life and escort everyone's health.
