East walled parking
Anqing East Wall Parking Lot is located west of Lvba Street, East Wall Street and south of Xiaosu Road, with a total construction area of 1347.17 square meters, including 116 parking spaces for motor vehicles. For reasons such as the deepening of construction drawings and the restriction of construction conditions, the construction unit applies for partial adjustment of the design plan, the main contents:
1. In order to meet the needs of use, the position of the integrated substation is moved 5.5 meters to the east and 3 meters to the north, and it is arranged on Xiaosu Road.
2. In order to meet the needs of the use of lateral garage equipment and sprinkler facilities, the ground height of the underground layer is adjusted from -3.2 meters to -3.6 meters, the height of the underground roof structure surface is adjusted from 0.0 meters to -0.35 meters, and the height of the underground layer is adjusted from 3.2 meters to 3.6 meters.
3. Considering the actual use, the office building on the east side is adjusted from two floors to one floor, and the building height is adjusted from 6.3 meters to 6 meters.
4. In order to ensure the safety of surrounding buildings and pipelines, cancel the second basement floor of the parking building, adjust the original planned fire fighting pool and pump scheme on the second basement floor to the underground floor, optimize the contour line of the first basement floor, reduce the number of parking spaces by 8, and reduce the underground construction area by 154.33 square meters. After the adjustment of the plan, the number of parking spaces for motor vehicles was reduced from 116 to 108.
Dujiang Road parking lot
Anqing Dujiang Road parking lot is located in the west of Dujiang Road, south of Dongjiangyuan Community, Dujiang Road parking lot total construction area of 25.8 square meters (guard, public toilet activity room), including 93 parking spaces for motor vehicles.
1. In order to meet the customized requirements of the guardhouse and public toilet, the size is adjusted from 8.6 * 3 meters to 7.12 * 3.3 meters, and the construction area is reduced by 2.76 square meters.
2. Due to the requirements of the residents on the north side to retain the flower beds in the site, the vertical parking spaces in the plan will be adjusted to lateral parking spaces, and the total number of parking spaces for motor vehicles will be adjusted from 93 to 85, reducing 8.
Sanguantang parking lot
Anqing Sanguantang parking lot construction project land area of 7759.33 square meters, construction area of 8557.26 square meters, 540 parking spaces.
The project was planned for approval in 2020, due to the construction process, due to the large height difference of the west side of the site, the original retaining wall was seriously damaged and needed to be repaired, the southwest residents of Sanguantang Community opposed the construction of parking spaces in adjacent locations, and the Municipal Civilization Commission added barrier-free parking spaces according to the new regulations.
The following plan adjustments are now applied: 1, the northwest side of the project to add a guardrail; 2, the position of the doorman plane is slightly offset; 3, the number of parking spaces is reduced; 4, the southwest side of the project pedestrian entrance is closed.
Jixian South Road parking lot
Anqing Jixian South Road parking lot construction project land area of 14472.6 square meters, construction area of 3710.29 square meters, 476 parking spaces.
The project was approved in 2020, and during the construction process, due to the requirements of the Municipal City Committee, part of the parking spaces on the southwest side were set aside from the parking lot; the residents of Huating South Village opposed the opening of entrances and exits to the parking lot; and the Municipal Civilization Commission added barrier-free parking spaces according to the new regulations.
The following plan adjustments are now applied: 1. The number of parking spaces is reduced; 2. The entrance and exit on the east side are closed; 3. The location adjustment of the charging pile substation is adjusted.
Liaoyuan Road parking lot
Anqing Liaoyuan Road parking lot construction project land area of 6053.51 square meters, construction area of 5532.46 square meters, 320 parking spaces.
The project was planned for approval in 2020, and in the construction drawing design, in order to meet the needs of fire protection, the area of the underground fire fighting pool and pump room was expanded; the Municipal Civilization Commission added barrier-free parking spaces according to the new regulations.
The following program adjustments are now applied: 1. Adjustment of the area of the fire pump room and the pool; 2. The number of parking spaces is reduced.
Trench Street parking lot
Anqing City Trench Street parking lot construction project land area of 6807.61 square meters, construction area of 24.50 square meters, 185 parking spaces.
The project was planned for approval in 2020, due to the construction process, due to the customization of the guardhouse and public toilets, the area has changed, the location of the finished product is offset when installing, the guardrail is added along the road, and the municipal pumping station is added on the south side.
The following plan adjustments are hereby applied: 1. The guardhouse and public toilets are shifted to the west and the size is adjusted; 2, the fence is added; 3, the entrance and exit of the south side of the guardhouse are closed, and the parking spaces on the south side are increased; 4. Occupy part of the land in the parking lot of the east lane of trench street to build a sewage lifting pump station.
