Li Yang (Yang), a martyr from Yanglin of Songming County, joined the army in March 1956, was formerly the driver of the 22nd Automobile Regiment of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and died on March 6, 1957 in a mission in Zhanyi County, Qujing City.

"Since I was a child, my grandfather has always told me that I should remember my uncle's spirit of not being afraid of sacrifice and being brave and fearless, and his deeds have always inspired me. Thanks to the party and the government, we are very grateful for relocating my uncle's tomb to the Martyrs' Cemetery! Li Yang's nephew said.
