The "851 Action Plan" encouraged our army, and with this plan it also dealt a fierce blow to the Vietnamese army. However, in order to further attack the Vietnamese forces in the Balihe Dongshan area, completely improve the defensive posture of our Lao Shan, turn defense into attack, and organize a large-scale operation, the main targets are the Vietnamese army's 156, 168, 166, 138, Xiaojianshan and other positions and the Nanga area, this operation is actually to expand and consolidate the results of the 851 action plan, so the code name is "852 action plan".

"We must hold on, and we must not let the blood of our comrades-in-arms flow in vain", this is the only thought in Yang Qiliang's heart at this moment.
At this time, life and death have been ignored by Yang Qiliang, as the squad leader of the 3rd Company, he also shoulders the hopes of all the soldiers of the 3rd Company, and behind it is the hope of thousands of compatriots. At this time, Yang Qiliang was facing a huge Vietnamese army, and they marched towards Yang Qiliang under black pressure. Even so, the injustice and grievances of life still fell on Yang Qiliang's head.
In March 2011, Yang Qiliang accepted a complaint about a car 4S shop.
