The congratulatory telegram said that I am glad to hear that Liu Zixuan, an athlete from Handan, won the gold medal in the 4× 200-meter freestyle relay and the silver medal in the 200-meter freestyle relay with his tenacious fighting spirit and good psychological quality in the swimming competition of the just-concluded 13th National Games, and won the honor for Hebei and the glory for the people of Handan.
