 Liaodong - The Warring States Yan placed Liaodong Commandery in Liaodong County, ruling Xiangping, which is now Liaoyang. The Sixteen Kingdoms of Later Yan were owned by Goguryeo. Jizhou - (1) Sui Jizhou. Zhiluling (治庐陵; present-day Ji'an, Jiangxi). Both sui and tang were once called Luling County, and later remained a prefecture. Yuan Shi changed his name to Ji'an. (2) Jin set up Ji Prefecture in the area of present-day Ji County, Shanxi. The Republic of China was changed to a county.

  Qianpi – in the south of present-day Shou County, Anhui.

  Kaoting – southwest of present-day Jianyang, Fujian. Song Zhuxi lived here in his later years.
