In my past workplace experience, the companies I joined are mainly high-tech enterprises with a high degree of openness, the conference organization is not so complicated, and there will be no real sense of "host", basically who is the main speaker, who hosts, and the replacement can also achieve the effect of seamless switching.
Traditional enterprises are different, some important meetings need to have a special conference organization and host, for example, our company is led by the operation management department of the conference, and the overall control of the meeting process, which also gave me a lot of thinking direction. I will think about how to improve the efficiency of the meeting and how to better precipitate the results of the meeting in such an environment.
