In this list, there are 3 from Taiwan, namely Asus, Acer and MSI.
Acer responded to this point, saying that Acer abides by all the provisions of international trade laws and has temporarily stopped shipping to Russia due to the current difficulties in transporting goods caused by the Russian-Ukrainian conflict; Asus, similar to Acer, has not withdrawn from Russia, but has stopped shipping to Russia since March 14, and has specially allocated funds to support the so-called "special household for aiding Ukraine" set up by the Taiwan independence forces and the DPP authorities. MSI Technology also issued a statement saying that it has always complied with international trade regulations and legal norms of all parties, and hopes that the incident can be ended peacefully as soon as possible.
However, the storm caused by this list has not been so easy to resolve. Wu Zhengzhong, head of the science and technology department of the Taiwan authorities, said unashamedly after the fermentation of public opinion that Taiwan is a member of the Western camp, and Taiwan's non-governmental enterprises should also defend the so-called "democracy" and follow the sanctions issued by the West against other countries.
Zheng Honghui, a pheasant expert in Taiwan, wrote a letter to the island's media, saying that Taiwanese enterprises are capable of ending the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The reason given by Zheng Honghui is that Acer and Asus have an electronic product market share of 16.8% and 15.6% in Russia, ranking second and third, respectively, and the Russian government is officially using the products of these two companies, and even russian President Putin's computer is Asus.D.'
Zheng Honghui quoted Agil Rustamzadeh, a former Soviet reserve officer who participated in the Nagorno-Karabakh War. It is said that many of the key electronic components of the Russian military are "made in Taiwan", and if Russian missiles want to hit accurately, they cannot be separated from Taiwan's chips. Based on this, Zheng Honghui believes that Taiwan's scientific and technological products have a "decisive impact" on Russia's military strength, so he calls on Taiwanese companies to withdraw from Russia as soon as possible, through this method to force Russia to submit to the United States and the West and end the war. Zheng Honghui also warned three Taiwan enterprises that if Taiwan enterprises are unwilling to cooperate with the United States and the West, they will damage their credibility in the United States and Western countries, which will lead to damage to their commercial interests, and demand that these Taiwan enterprises put Western interests above their own interests.
In fact, as early as March 14, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Fedorov named Asus and asked Asus to withdraw from the Russian market. In this regard, the "China Times Electronic News", which has a neutral stance on the island, wrote an article criticizing it. The article mentioned that some people have previously found that the laptop used by Ukrainian President Zelenskiy is produced by Asus, which is a good thing for Taiwanese enterprises, objectively proving its excellent quality and marketing ability in the international market, but the moral kidnapping of the Ukrainian vice premier has put the two sides on the verge of a lose-lose situation.
The article points out that it is very difficult to open up the international market, and if we completely withdraw from the Russian market because of the moral kidnapping and political correctness of Western countries, and want to return in the future, the difficulties will be much greater than in the past, which is unfair to Taiwan enterprises and the Taiwan people who benefit from Taiwan enterprises. The article also mentioned that previously some American scholars demanded that TSMC "self-impose" and completely stop supplying to the mainland, which is also a requirement for Taiwan enterprises to "abolish their own martial arts." The reason why this situation has occurred repeatedly is entirely the result of the DPP authorities' only promises to the outside world.
According to some common theories at present, Russia actually has the ability to produce its own chips, but the process and accuracy are far less than the international leading level, and from this point of view, it seems reasonable to use Taiwan chips in order to improve the accuracy of missiles.
However, it is common sense that military supplies require extremely sophisticated technology, but in many cases do not require sophisticated technology. The explanation of this sentence is also very simple, many technologies are often developed and applied as early as the needs of the military field, but because of the pursuit of stability and standing equipment, so the actual military supplies that will be applied and installed, the parts used such as electronic components and other parts are often much behind the most advanced civilian supplies on the market, the typical representative is the F-22 fighter, the avionics level equipped with this fighter is quite backward, and even there is no data link to share the information it obtains in real time with friendly forces. But that doesn't stop it from being the Ace of the U.S. Air Force.
Similarly, Russia's missiles use chips produced by Taiwanese enterprises, which is a sentence that cannot be falsified but even more unprofitable, considering that Russia can produce its own chips, it can be considered that the probability is that the pheasant experts on the island are self-deceitful and gold-posted, just like the previous "world science and technology can not be separated from Taiwan", purely to meet the political needs of the island.
Not to mention that many people on the island of Taiwan currently lack an understanding of international politics. From the beginning of the war, such as the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which is destined to go down in history and change the international pattern, its operation process has begun to get out of control. The Taiwan independence forces and DPP figures on the island of Taiwan, out of their own needs, generally tend to underestimate the firmness of a major country's will when it decides to defend its rights from infringement, just as they tend to think that the mainland will not dare to use force to complete national reunification because of the so-called "international view."
These narrow visions, which are commonly found in small countries and widows, are superimposed on comprador thinking, and in the past few decades, they have in fact completed the subtle brainwashing of the Taiwan people, using one word and one sentence to describe: one word is "small lucky", and the other sentence is "deceiving people to the end to deceive themselves."
The Russian-Ukrainian conflict will not end or continue because Taiwanese enterprises have withdrawn, and the conflict will continue until Russia, the United States and the European Union have truly reached a compromise, until the Nazis in Ukraine are completely eliminated, and until the Kremlin reaches its strategic goals. This is the same for Taiwan, where the vague policy of the Americans may be able to protect the Taiwan independence forces for a while, but in the future when the country is reunified, these cattle, ghosts, snakes and gods will be swept away and thoroughly judged.
