On March 29, the International Table Tennis Federation released the latest edition of the world rankings, and the national table tennis team by Fan Zhendong, Chen Meng, Wang Manyu /Sun Yingsha still occupies the world first place in the men's singles, women's singles and women's doubles. With the WTT Regular Season Challenge Doha and the WTT Star Challenge Doha, the world rankings have changed a bit. In the men's singles, Brazil's Hugo rose one place in the rankings, surpassing liang Jingkun of national table tennis and returning to the top three in the world. There has also been a small change in the top ten of women's singles, with Singapore's Feng Tianwei rising one place to ninth and Puerto Rico's Diaz tenth. The top seven in women's singles were won by China and Japan, Chen Meng, Sun Yingsha and Wang Manyu of national table tennis ranked in the top three, Mimachi Ito of Japan ranked fourth, Wang Yidi ranked fifth, and two Japanese players, Hayata Hina and Ishikawa Yoshinori, ranked sixth and seventh respectively. There are also three players in the top twenty, Chen Xingtong ranked fourteenth, Liu Shiwen ranked sixteenth, and Zhu Yuling ranked eighteenth.

In doubles, the men's doubles pair Fan Zhendong/Wang Chuqin dropped one place in the ranking to third, the Japanese duo Yukiya Utada/Togami Hayabusa continued to be in the first place, and the Swedish duo Karlsson/Falke, who won the men's doubles championship at the WTT regular season challenge in Doha, rose to second place. There was no change in the top three women's doubles, with National Table Tennis's Wang Manyu/Sun Yingsha continuing to be in first place, the Japanese duo of Ito Mimachi/Hayata Hina in second place, and the Luxembourg duo of Ni Xialian/Denute in third place. The top ten mixed doubles remained unchanged, with Lin Yunru/Zheng Yijing in Chinese Taipei at the top of the list, Wang Chuqin/Sun Yingsha in second place and the French duo of Lebison/Yuan Jiannan in third.
