Article 34: Where the provisions of these Regulations are violated and any of the following conduct is committed, the urban management administrative law enforcement departments are to give punishment:

  (1) Whoever, in violation of the provisions of item 7 of the first paragraph of article 21 of these Regulations, fails to remove dog feces immediately, shall be ordered to make corrections and shall be fined not less than 50 yuan but not more than 200 yuan;

  (2) Whoever, in violation of the first paragraph of Article 22 of these Regulations, carries a dog into an indoor public place with a large crowd or an outdoor public place with a sign prohibited entry, shall be ordered to make corrections;

  (3) Whoever, in violation of the provisions of paragraph 5 of Article 22 of these Regulations, carries a dog on public transportation, shall be ordered to make corrections and shall be fined not less than 50 yuan but not more than 100 yuan;

  (4) Whoever, in violation of the provisions of Article 32 of these Regulations, operates a dog in a public place such as a road, bridge, pedestrian bridge, underground passage, etc., shall be ordered to make corrections and shall be fined not less than 100 yuan but not more than 500 yuan.

6. Regulations on dog management in Ma'anshan City (2020)

Article 20: In key management areas, dog owners who carry dogs out of the country shall comply with the following provisions:
