Located in the western suburbs of Beijing, the Summer Palace is the first classical garden in China and was inscribed on the World Heritage List on 2 December 1998.
The Summer Palace is a royal garden, but also Kunming Lake, Wanshou Mountain as the base site, based on the Hangzhou West Lake, drawing on the design techniques of the Jiangnan garden and built, it is worthy of being royal, and the gardens are so atmospheric.
In the spring, mountain peach, magnolia, dried plum and so on have been opened one after another, the lake water is clear, the willow buds, the water birds on the lake swim, greeting tourists from all sides.
Ran to the stone boat around a circle from the Paiyun Gate to the Buddha Xiang Pavilion and Baoyun Pavilion, down the mountain all the way to the East Gate, and then to the Seventeen Hole Bridge and the island, and then turned back and stormed the West Causeway from the North Ruyi Gate out, it was really quite a tiring day, fortunately the scenery is very good, the scenery on the lake is really like the West Lake.
The Summer Palace Promenade is famous for its exquisite architecture, twists and turns and extremely rich color paintings, and is the longest corridor in the ancient buildings and gardens of the mainland, and each beam of the corridor is painted with color paintings, and the content of the color paintings is mostly landscapes, flowers and birds, and plots in the four classical Chinese names.
While playing while taking pictures, the scenery on the mountain is good, the historical trajectory still exists, behind the mountain is the great lake of the Summer Palace, the sunset is beautiful, along the lake with the crowd to the left hand side of the way, will come to the Seventeen Hole Bridge.
There is a wind and rain corridor on the outskirts of the lake, and the murals on it are quite distinctive, each one is different, a bit Western.
After watching the documentary "Summer Palace", I have a more and deeper understanding of it, and I am in this royal garden that has spent a lot of money, scale and ill-fated in the whole country, and my heart is full of mixed feelings.
In the near distance, a lake was covered with turquoise lotus leaves, and occasionally a cruise ship broke into the lotus flower swing, so that it was only then that the original lotus leaves still hid the route; in the distance, large drifting clouds slowly traveled through the sky and disappeared among the mountains.
