In order to further strengthen the "procuratorial and legal cooperation", serve to ensure the effective implementation of lawyers' practice rights, promote the formation of a regular consultation mechanism for procuratorial law, and promote judicial fairness, on March 17, the Changzi County People's Procuratorate invited the county judicial bureau, the municipal lawyers association, and law firms to jointly hold a regular consultation forum on procuratorial and legal cooperation. Shen Jianwei, a member of the party group and full-time member of the procuratorate, presided over the meeting and made a speech, and the responsible person of the procuratorate's business department and lawyers from Zaizhou Law Firm and Zhenkun Law Firm attended the meeting.
Shen Jianwei introduced the new progress and achievements made by the county's procuratorial organs in strengthening "procuratorial and legal cooperation" and protecting lawyers' professional rights, and discussed relevant mechanisms for further strengthening procuratorial and legal cooperation.
Lawyer representatives spoke enthusiastically, and through extensive participation in public hearings of cases, participation in consultations to witness leniency in admitting guilt and accepting punishment, strengthening the protection of rights such as lawyers' meetings and reading of the case file, and improving the lawyer letter class system, positive results have been achieved in further facilitating lawyers to cooperate with the litigation mechanism, but at the same time, the depth of "procuratorial cooperation" needs to be further improved, and cooperation and interaction on hot issues in cutting-edge fields still need to be strengthened.
The Changzi County Procuratorate has always taken the strengthening of "procuratorial and legal cooperation" as an important part of procuratorial work, and will uniformly summarize and sort out the opinions and suggestions put forward by lawyers' representatives, jointly study and promote solutions to specific practical problems with the municipal procuratorate, take more pragmatic measures, implement the mechanism of regular consultation between procuratorial and legal departments, actively build a "pro-Qing" relationship between procuratorial lawyers, further form a consensus on cooperation, and effectively promote the construction of a legal professional community.
