On March 16, Han Yuming, chief engineer of Lu'an Chemical Group, led the heads of relevant business departments to Changcun Coal Mine to investigate. Mine leaders Lu Zhigang, Xue Limin, Yang Yanjun, Hao Jiaxing, Gao Fuping, Li Hongtao, and Zhao Dong accompanied him.
Han Yuming went deep into the construction site of the underground S-3 working surface and surface filling station of changcun coal mine to learn more about the operation of the filling and mining system. They listened to the report of Changcun Coal Mine on the promotion of infill mining projects, mining linkage, the integration plan of "comprehensive budget, performance appraisal and salary distribution", the accounting culture work and the prevention and control of the epidemic.
Han Yuming pointed out that Changcun Coal Mine should follow the concept of "safe and efficient, green environmental protection, stability and reliability, thrift and harmony", with the goal of building a green ecological harmonious mining area, supported by scientific and technological progress, adapt to local conditions, and make full use of the existing production system under the premise of not affecting the normal production connection of the main coal mine area, select safe and reliable equipment, flexibly arrange ground facilities, so as to achieve less investment, high efficiency, stable and reliable production continuity, take into account the later development, and achieve resource development. Ecological protection and local economic development should be integrated into account, and the construction of a new coal industry system with safety and security, high resource utilization, less environmental pollution, good comprehensive benefits and sustainable development should be promoted, so as to achieve "technical feasibility, economic rationality and safety security". In view of the current epidemic situation, Han Yuming demanded that Changcun Coal Mine should not relax its safety management in the slightest due to the tight epidemic prevention and control and the arduous production task, and unswervingly strengthen the foundation, keep an eye on the scene, and build a solid epidemic defense line.
