There were no new deaths. There were 8 new suspected cases, all of which were imported from abroad (all in Shanghai).
On the same day, 247 new cured and discharged cases were cured, 6206 close contacts were released from medical observation, and the number of severe cases increased by 5 compared with the previous day.
There are 2524 confirmed cases imported from overseas (including 1 severe case) and 14 suspected cases. The cumulative number of confirmed cases is 16,615, the cumulative number of cured and discharged cases is 14,091, and there are no deaths.

A total of 291707 confirmed cases have been reported from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, there were 270133 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (30,281 cases discharged from hospital, 4,847 deaths), 82 cases in Macao Special Administrative Region (79 cases discharged from hospital), and 21,492 cases in Taiwan Region (13,742 cases discharged from hospital, 853 deaths).
