In order to effectively grasp the recycling of waste agricultural film in the spring, recently, the Hangjin Houqi Agriculture and Animal Husbandry and Science and Technology Bureau made overall arrangements for deployment, and each town (farm) took active action to hold a spring waste agricultural film recycling site meeting, remobilized and promoted the recycling of waste agricultural film, organized recycling machinery, mobilized the peasant masses to go all out, put in the recycling of waste agricultural film, and ensured that the recovery rate of agricultural residual film in the current season reached more than 85%.
In recent years, Hangjin Houqi has comprehensively promoted the comprehensive treatment of agricultural non-point source pollution, continuously increased the recycling of waste agricultural film, and mobilized and urged enterprises, professional cooperatives and farmers to comprehensively carry out the recycling and reuse of waste agricultural film in accordance with the principle of "who uses, who recycles, who pollutes, and who governs". At present, there are 3 residual film recycling and reuse enterprises in quanqi, 13 centralized residual film recycling outlets have been built, 472 sets of various types of residual film recycling machinery have been purchased, and in the autumn of 2021, 681,400 mu of waste mulch film have been completed, and the recovery amount is 1578.13 tons.
