In accordance with the reform and deployment of the State Council to promote the simplification of administration and decentralization, the combination of decentralization and management, and the optimization of services, in order to implement the requirements of the "Government Work Report" and further promote the reduction of the threshold for employment and entrepreneurship, with the consent of the State Council, reduce or cancel the working years requirements of the 13 entry-level vocational qualification examinations in the "National Occupational Qualification Catalog (2021 Edition)".

The "Adjustment Plan for the Working Experience Requirements of Some Entry Vocational Qualification Examinations" will be implemented from 2022. Except for the adjustment of the working years requirement for the examination, the registration conditions for the other examinations of the 13 entry vocational qualifications remain unchanged.
