Lang kiln porcelain is a successful product of Lang Tingji (Zi Zi Yu) supervision, he served as the inspector of Jiangxi during the Kangxi period, because he loved ancient ceramics and studied ceramics very much, so the Kangxi Emperor played his specialty, in the 7 years of Kangxi 44 years - 51 years, shouldering the position of Jingdezhen porcelain inspector, so during this period, the products of the Jingdezhen Royal Kiln Factory were called Lang Kiln at that time. Qing Dynasty official kiln ware must have this dynasty model, but Lang kiln green and Lang kiln red did not leave official kiln models, but the collection community recognized it as a unique styleless official kiln ware.
Lang kiln green glaze is the "kiln change" variety of Lang kiln red, also known as "green Lang kiln". In the final stage of firing in the kiln, the low-priced copper in the glaze becomes high-priced copper due to the accidental oxidation of copper red, and the glaze inside and outside is light green. Lang kiln green is the Kangxi period Lang kiln firing, glaze color is some light green, glass luster, some slightly green and pan five-color light, the body is covered with very fine grain, glaze color is clear, and there is a "green brother porcelain". Lang kiln green is more expensive than Lang kiln red, so there are many imitations. Lang kiln red also has a kiln change variety, because the oxidation and reduction of copper red glaze are different, the glaze in the formation is red, and the glaze on the outside is light green, similar to the green Lang kiln, so it is called "anti-Lang kiln".
