In this context, the Ford China design team led the establishment of a new generation of design concepts - "potential energy aesthetics". This concept distills, pays tribute to and innovates the classic design elements accumulated in the long history of the Ford brand, and the team also deeply understands the unique views and preferences of Chinese consumers on beauty through extensive market research and local research, and integrates the aesthetic accumulation of the Ford brand over the past century with the cutting-edge trends of the local market. This new design concept defines Ford's new products for the Chinese market based on three basic performance principles, namely "dynamic and flexible modeling", "Chuang• intelligent response", and "force and powerful aura".
The dynamic exterior design of the four-door coupe displayed by the new generation of Mondeo vividly interprets these three basic performance principles. It all starts with a sharp forward-leaning posture at the front of the car, with a sharp forward-leaning posture, and a flexible momentum to write innovative inspiration that has never been seen before. At the same time, a slender, extremely powerful sharp line extends backwards, running through the side of the body, and intersects at the rear of the car together with the strong shoulder line and the smooth and stretched roof curve of the car, and the three lines are cleverly integrated into the empty design of the ducktail tail box cover, in one go, depicting the charm of agility and speed. On the side of the body, the shoulder line and waist line are changed in a rich pattern, taking advantage of the light and shadow to show the dynamic beauty of the momentum - the shape under the door is tightened inward, and this concave surface is like the natural undulations of the muscles in the light.
Directly in front of the moving vehicle, the imposing and dynamic front face of the new generation of Mondeo contains more elements that can annotate the expressive principle of "Tron Intelligence". The daytime running lights that run across the front face have two angles on both sides of the body that resemble traditional Chinese calligraphy, and the sense of strength that weighs like a shoulder further reinforces the lateral width of the new generation of Mondeo and the sporting posture that is ready to go.
