Wang Yuanhao
Introduction to art
Wang Yuanhao, formerly known as Wang Pingping, was born in 1986 in Gangu, Gansu Province, and lives in Beijing. Graduated from Hebei Academy of Fine Arts, he studied under the painter Mr. Yu Wenjie. In 2013, he studied at the Fan Yang Landscape Painting Studio of Beijing Rongbaozhai Painting Institute (Lecturer Mr. Jin Wenyi) and in 2015, he studied at the Liu Huaiyong Studio of the Advanced Seminar on Chinese Painting at Tsinghua University. In 2019, he studied at zai Lingshi Studio, a calligraphy workshop at the School of Art, Chinese University. He is currently a painter employed by the Chinese Academy of Painting, a special painter of China Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, a painter of the Young Painting Academy of Li Keyan Painting Academy, a member of the Gansu Provincial Artists Association, and a director of the Gansu Provincial Chinese Painting Society. Researcher of the Institute of Calligraphy and Painting Art of Modern Management University, Assistant of Yu Wenjie Landscape Painting Studio of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts, Assistant Tutor of Jin Wenyi's "Landscape Painting Lecture Hall".

On March 8, 2016, he participated in the "Scarf Rainbow Pengcheng - The Fifth Nomination Exhibition of Huaxia Star" (hosted by Shenzhen Sanxi Art Museum).
Tongguan's ink sketches won the second prize of the 2015 Gansu Provincial Fine Arts Sketching Exhibition and were exhibited at the Gansu Provincial Art Museum.
In 2015, his landscape painting works won the bronze medal of the second "Huaxia Star" works competition.

Wang Yuanhao is an outstanding young artist who has been immersed in the art of calligraphy and painting for decades, and has repeatedly gone deep into the Taihang Mountains and the Yellow River Basin to experience life and nature, and his paintings have gradually formed their own aesthetic style and language form.
Teacher Wang Yuanhao's painting themes include flowers, birds, landscapes, and figures, and flower and bird paintings are good at freehand flowers, and his works are greatly influenced by Xu Wei, Bada, Wu Changshuo, and Pan Tianshou. Because he has been engaged in the study of calligraphy, with a profound foundation in calligraphy, he also uses seal, li and cursive brushes to paint, forming a unique painting style with a rich taste of gold and stone. His works emphasize the whole, still imposing, and believe that "the unrestrained place does not deviate from the law, and the subtle place takes care of the courage", and emphasizes the density and weight of the pen, ink, color, inscription, and plutonium printing, which is appropriately coordinated.
