Infineon's EVAL_AUDAMP25 evaluation board is a dual channel, 4 Ω at 200 W/ch (36.5 V ±; with heat sink) half-bridge Class D audio power amplifier for Hi-Fi audio systems.
The evaluation board demonstrates how to use the MA5332 IC, implement protection circuitry, and design the optimal PCB layout using Infineon's integrated Class D ICs. This reference design does not require additional heatsink or fan cooling to function properly (one-eighth of the continuous power rating). This reference design provides all the necessary day-to-day management power for ease of use. The dual-channel design scales for power and number of channels.
